The people that work here are just so frustrated. I was commented on my stupidity based on gender and hair color as the reason for not being able to fix something on my own that I bought in their shop. Never again

Just Came by to open my Bottom Bracket, Served immediately! Owner is friendly and jokes around with you, I don’t understand the bad reviews here. Very recommended

The first time I went to Radfix, they quickly and responsibly made all the required repairs. However, they were unnecessarily rude and kept bashing the workshop that had done previous work on the bike - which is just poor style, really. Today I came back for the second time. I was rudely turned away and told to throw out my bike - the repairs would exceed the price for a new one of the same type. Luckily, I didn't trust the guy's judgment, mostly because he had grossly underestimated the value of my bike, and went to another workshop close by where a friendly and professional employee took on the job for half the price they were asking at Radfix (and threw in an inspection). So in a nutshell, they do good work at Radfix but the same quality of work can be found nearby for a lot less money and a lot less attitude.

Need to update the opening times on the website … it says til 19:00 but is only til 18:00. I had not checked the google times and wasted a whole trip which was over an hour for me - super frustrating!

Friendliness varies from time to time.... more often not so nice than otherwise. They also complained about the weight of my bike and tried to make me feel guilty for giving them my business (that seems to be how things work in Germany). I mean... dude, I am the customer. The weight of my bike is not really my problem, if you take my money. They work pretty fast and can get things done and back to you within the day (if it's nothing too complicated), which is a big plus if you need the bike urgently back. One upside (and perhaps the only upside) is that they have good tyre-pumps for anyone to use. You don't necessarily even need to be customer. To be fair, I find that to be pretty cool and neat for the neighborhood (which is why I am givng them a 3 star rating, as opposed to a 1 or 2).

My family and I have enjoyed the excellent customer service, sound advice and quick turn arounds we have experienced here. We have had multiple positive experiences with both children's and adult bicycles at Radfix.

Incredibly rude! I tried to explain my issue and they told me "cyclers always know something?!" Seriously?! And after it he asked me to go to other store!! I really cannot understand what kind of service is this!

Avoid the place! freaking rude. I am surprised that they even get customers with such an attitude.

Terrible service. I arrived today to ask about the repair. I told him in German, "look, this is what I think is broken". To which replied "If you know more than I do, come do it yourself", then rudely told me to bring it on Monday for repair. Nope.

Quick & good repair done (by the next day), but a little expensive, the man was needlessly rude over the phone plus became even more hostile and unfriendly when one did not reply in German.
