I'd say it's the best shop in the neighborhood. You get honest and very competent advice here, without any rip-offs. Very friendly staff! Definitely recommend it!

Discovered a tire issue on Friday when arriving in Frankfurt, while I had the Ironman on Sunday. These guys were super friendly and fixed it the day itself, could pick up my bike again a couple of hours later. You made it possible that I could finish my first Ironman. Heroes! THANK YOU!

I have always been happy with selection and helpful service i recently bought a intertube the mitarbeiter was very helpful told me completly how to change it myself and the perfect sive very happy with results!

Nice shop and nice guys. They were very quick to fix my flat tire and the shop is clean and lots of bike gear. Top notch!

Very good bike shop for repairs. Courteous and attentive. They did not attempt to sell me more than I needed when I took bike in for quick and timely service as quoted. I would definitely return or recommend.

I love this place! Every time I am here, means something is wrong with my bike which is clearly an excruciating experience. But each time (and the last time I needed my dynamo and my breaks to be fixed) they took care of my bike right away (I was lucky to come at times they were less busy), fixed it professionally and swiftly, and the last time I was there, given they noticed my chain was dry, they oiled it for me too. I absolutely respect people who take their job and customers seriously and respectfully, and "go an extra mile". To those who haven't been here yet, it's close to a tram stop so makes it convenient to reach it even with a broken bike!

The shop is not very friendly and helpful! I went there two times for the same problem and both times I was returned because it takes them 3 weeks to get a part delivered. When I offered to buy this part on my own and give it to them to install it, they refused to do it. I guess this happened because they get commission on selling parts, but when it takes them so long to get their parts they should be more flexible. Moreover, the the customer should always have the right to decide! Anyway, what a wird and unprofessional attitude!?!? Who does business this way nowadays? Total waste of time. I wish I didn't go there in the first place!
