I'm very satisfied with the customer service. All the staff were very friendly, both on the phone and in person. I needed a new tire. I dropped off the wheel the day before my appointment at the garage and was able to pick it up the next day, repaired. The mechanic was also very friendly, explained everything clearly, and even adjusted the brakes. I found the price for the tire change reasonable. As a customer, I felt well-informed and treated courteously, even though it was just a minor repair. Thank you :)

I was looking for vorderrad schutzblech part for my Kalkhoff Entice, the team here helped very efficiently with a sks part without replacing the entire schutzblech. I reached out Kalkhoff customer support before coming here, kalkhoff support is not great. Thank you for the amazing support provided Radsporthaus Kriegelstein.

From the very first contact, the team was extremely friendly and helpful. You can immediately tell that true cycling enthusiasts with experience and passion work here. The consultation was personalized, honest, and competent – they really took the time to understand my wishes and requirements. Their goal wasn't to sell me the most expensive model, but to find the perfect bike for my needs. I particularly appreciated that. The company bike leasing process itself was also completely seamless. Communication was clear, questions were answered quickly, and the paperwork was handled professionally. Everything was organized in no time, and I was able to pick up my new bike. The bike shop itself is well-organized, and the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. As a customer, you feel valued and not just rushed through – a clear difference from larger chains. Inspections and maintenance appointments can be booked by phone or easily online. I took my bike in for repair about three months ago because I had a flat tire on the back. I was told I'd have to wait a maximum of one week. After a week, I called because no one had contacted me. I had to wait another week in total. Okay, not a big deal. Now, after three months, I unfortunately got another flat tire on the back and went to a different bike shop, which told me that the rear wheel was already porous. So I paid again. I then contacted Kriegelstein to inquire about the situation. They got back to me the same day, which I appreciate, hence the two stars. However, they didn't offer me a satisfactory solution, which is a shame!

I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for advice and service. Whether it's a busy Saturday or a quieter Monday, the staff take plenty of time for you. I was looking for bike parts... like a larger sprocket, a new handlebar, grips, fenders, a suspension seatpost, brake pads, etc. They walk you out with you or know exactly what you need right away... they take measurements and give the right recommendation. If something isn't in stock, they find a solution. I especially want to highlight Rafael and Lena... they make you feel like royalty/a real customer ;* Plus, thanks to Denis, I got the old price on a handlebar today and saved €10... At other shops in a similar area, I was turned away, or told to "do some research" first, make an appointment, etc. -.-

The big advantage here is that service is a top priority. I bought an e-mountain bike from Kriegelstein Bike Shop in June. I could have gone to Stadler or Fahrrad Franz, but I wanted to buy from a regional, medium-sized company to benefit from their service. The sales advice was very friendly and competent, and the bike was delivered quickly. Last Saturday, I got a flat tire nearby, so I quickly pushed it to Kriegelstein and asked if they could help me out. Two employees came immediately and took care of it. A new tire and tube were fitted within a minute, and I was able to continue my ride. Excellent!
