It took a lot for me to share my negative opinion. These guys however managed to motivate me. Their task was to change the stem on my scott addict. Price was 250 eur it went up after few days to 540 eur as apparently brake cable was damaged from a factory fault! ( I saw that cable after - it had mechanical damage from previous job done by them in Bockenheim when changing the bar). Funny enough the young guy who gave me the bike back told me you need to use force to push cables in :-). I agreed to bear the cost as I just wanted to finish off with it. A few days later I was called again that brake cables are too short for the new stem (sic!) so they want another few hundred eur for the job. I said no as I was afraid I will get another call that something else is too short or long. I figured it will be cheaper to buy the new bike with the longer stem than continue with the experts from rms bike. If you have a "schrott "bike go there if your bike is aero or has built in cabling do go. They are not capable to do it. I have left with my old stem on the bike and 542 eur short…but they have a trophy. Never again this bike shop.

A good store with fast services, quality-products and very friendly staff. I got even a drinking bottle for free. I will definitly come back again!

Very helpful and friendly people. Repair was extremely quick and you can book appointments online. Plus, they speak English.

Very professional, friendly and quick. Plus they talk to you on your level and do not talk down to you. I know quite a bit about bikes, have all the tools and can fix most things myself, but from now on I will just save myself some hassle and leave it to them, way easier.
