A fantastic team! Very helpful and highly knowledgeable about bikes, so they're all very skilled. Appointments can be arranged at short notice, and the prices for repairs and labor are reasonable. I felt very comfortable with the entire process. A big thank you to all the staff there; you guys are doing an awesome job!

I took my new bike to RMS BIKES CYCLE WORKSHOP because it had a problem with the gears, and I'm absolutely thrilled. Booking an appointment online is incredibly easy and straightforward. The bike was repaired on time, within the agreed timeframe, the work was top-notch, and the price was more than fair. I'd especially like to highlight the workshop itself: by far the nicest and cleanest bike shop I've ever seen. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back!

I usually go to the RMS Bikes workshop in Bockenheim. They told me there that their branch in Sachsenhausen can measure saddles. So I went there. I received excellent advice and felt very well taken care of. Thank you!

Thank you for repairing my triathlon bike (a black-green Canyon Speedmax). The repair costs ended up being €100 cheaper than advertised, and everything was top-notch. It couldn't be better. Thank you, thank you, thank you. If anything happens, I'll be back. You're absolutely fantastic. Sorry to my repairman for being rude on the phone; I've seen better days. So, the people involved are really top-notch too. Absolutely the best workshop in Frankfurt, and I've been to all the others, so I should know. I recommend you for every group ride and to anyone who cares about their bike.

A fantastic workshop with friendly and competent staff. I ordered a new bicycle online, but it had a problem with the front brake. The workshop came to my home, identified the problem, and gave me a price quote (they said they would call me if the cost had increased, but it never came to that). I was able to pick up my bike a few days later, and apparently the axles weren't lubricated either, so the workshop took care of that. In the end, I had a repaired bike for a very fair price. This is now my go-to workshop, and I highly recommend them!

I decided to bring my bikes to here because it’s one of the top-rated workshops in the Frankfurt area. My first impression was very positive. The place looks more like a car workshop than a typical bike shop: each mechanic has their own workstation, the lighting is excellent, and everything—from spare parts to waste—is neatly organized. It gave me confidence that this was a professional place where good work gets done. In total, I brought in two bikes. First, my Cube gravel bike. The initial mechanic (I didn’t catch his name) took the time to inspect the bike and explained clearly what needed to be done. I approved the service. A few days later, a different mechanic called me to say the rim had to be replaced for around 200€. I declined the extra work and went to pick up the bike. The final price surprised me—probably because I forgot the original estimate—but I appreciated how thoroughly the inspection and work were documented. That transparency gave me peace of mind. Then, my older S-Works Specialized. This time, Johannes handled the service. He took his time to properly inspect the bike and explain what needed replacing. The quote was a bit higher than I expected, but he earned my trust through his attention to detail and honest communication. Overall, I’m giving this workshop 3 stars. The work they do is technically solid. The setup, the mechanics’ skill, and the way they organize their space all reflect a premium workshop. And the prices match that. But customer service doesn’t. Except for Johannes, it often felt like the mechanics weren’t too keen on dealing with my inquiries or request to send the invoices via email. I’ve visited several workshops in Frankfurt, and this was the first time I had that experience. There’s definitely room for improvement here, whether through training or assigning someone specifically to customer interactions. The other reason for my rating is pricing. I understand this is a premium place, and I’m willing to pay for high-quality work. But for comparison: replacing that rim at another premium workshop cost me 33% less. I don’t mind paying more, but at that level, I also expect a premium customer experience—which, apart from Johannes, wasn’t quite there.

Just opened a few weeks ago and already the bike workshop with the best service, the best time management and the most lovable team in the area. Thanks to Nico, who really understands his customers - great job!
