I had some work done on my bike and a general inspection. The staff and service were great, the price was good, and I even got a small bell for free since mine was broken. Highly recommended! :)

I haven't bought a bike from Roter Sattel yet; my review is about the service and customer care. I recently went to Roter Sattel to inquire about recumbent trikes; I had seen on the HP Velotechnik website that they were distributors. Luca made me feel right at home from the very first moment with his friendly approach. He answered all my questions about trikes professionally and enthusiastically and offered to do a test ride together on my next visit to Frankfurt. I hope to return soon, do that test ride, and buy the trike since I felt very well advised.

Do yourself a favour and go to these guys! They are very friendly, competitively priced and very honest about the coverage of maintenance. I felt I wasnt being ripped off.

very nice and quick service. I selected online a spot for the next day and received a call that I can bring the bike in on the same date. In the evening I was able to pick up the bike of my son :-)

My 10-year-old Pegasus bicycle needed a service. The chain and derailleur were replaced, and the gears were adjusted – something no one else had been able to do before – hats off to the mechanic! I also got a new saddle and had a chain guard installed. I wanted to replace my Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires, but the mechanic said, "They can easily last another 4,000 km." I also had a quick safety check done. My bike rides like new again, and I'm very happy! Fair prices, great service without unnecessary hassle, and friendly – highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back!
