Helpful and competent staff. I needed running shoes. They measured me on-site to find the right shoe. Excellent value for money and service. The store appears clean and well-maintained.

No advice was offered during the purchase. When I wanted to return the shoes a week later, I was accused of having worn them outside, which is simply untrue. No matter what I said, I was met with a flippant and unfriendly response. This is not what customer service is supposed to be. The only service offered here is the option to try on the shoes. But you can do that in any other shoe store. And in other stores, you'll receive friendlier service and lower prices. I strongly advise everyone against buying anything here.

Excellent advice when buying running shoes – video analysis and results discussion (the salesperson also ran). Then I tried on three different shoes, and when I asked about models in other colors, they didn't just try to sell me something similar, but clearly stated that the ones I had already selected were indeed the right ones. I wasn't sure about the insoles, but with the assurance that I could return them even if they were used (within 4 weeks), I bought them as well.
