Not only very friendly, but he also knows what he's doing. Bicycle repair and maintenance in a master workshop! During the service on my e-bike, he only repaired what was agreed upon, and because of additional work, he called back and asked if it should be done. This is the second time I've had this experience with him: he even "makes things fit" that were rejected at the large bike shop on Hanauer. Thank you so much 🙏 I'm now a fan too 😉
