Absolutely unacceptable experience! This bike shop blatantly tried to rip off my girlfriend by charging over EUR 100 for minor brake adjustments. Even worse, they sold her Shimano brake shoes for EUR 40—when the retail price is only EUR 4.60! It was crystal clear these men thought they could exploit a young, blond woman new to cycling. This kind of predatory behavior is shameful and has no place in the cycling community. -> Steer clear of this establishment; they represent exactly what's wrong in the industry!

I recently visited this workshop twice for issues with my e-bike, and both experiences were completely different. First Experience: Professional and Friendly Last Friday, my bike’s rear tire went flat, so I took it to this workshop. The staff present at that time were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They quickly replaced my bike’s tube, and I was so satisfied with their service that I even took several of their business cards to share with my friends, thinking they should also benefit from such excellent service. Second Experience: Disappointing and Discriminatory Behavior Just two days later, I noticed a slight noise coming from my bike’s pedals, possibly due to some misalignment from the previous repair. So, I went back to the same workshop, expecting the same level of service. However, this time, I encountered a different employee, and his attitude was completely unexpected. As soon as he saw me (wearing my Wolt delivery jacket and carrying my Wolt delivery bag), he asked indifferently, "What’s the problem?" I explained the issue, and he flatly replied, "We don’t fix these kinds of bikes." I was shocked and said, "But just two days ago, I got my bike’s tube changed from here!" At first, he ignored me, but when I insisted, he finally responded, "We only change tubes for these kinds of bikes, nothing else." His dismissive attitude left me stunned. I looked around at the other employees, expecting some reaction, but no one responded— not even the same person who had worked on my bike just two days earlier! Then he added, "If you want it fixed, you have to book an appointment. Otherwise, we won’t do it." The problem was not about booking an appointment; it was about his behavior. From the moment he saw me, he seemed uninterested in helping me. It felt like he judged me based on the fact that my bike wasn’t expensive and that I was a delivery rider. It’s disappointing to receive two completely different experiences at the same workshop. After my first visit, I was genuinely impressed and wanted to recommend their service to others. But after this second visit, my enthusiasm completely disappeared. If you visit here, the quality of service you receive will depend entirely on who assists you. Professionalism and respect are what make a business truly successful—something that some employees here still need to learn.

A shout out to the young mechanic/s that helped me fixing a simple problem in my bike that I could fix myself but didn’t had the proper tool to do it. An advice for you guys: learn what you can in there and move on as soon as possible. This review goes to the management: After agreeing to the simple job it was needed to be done for 35 euros he ( the “manager”)was asking me 58 euros when I went to pick up the bike without any previous notice and without an reasonable excuse. Unprofessional, unskilled, unfriendly, aggressive and impolite. Not the place to go if you got an expensive bike or if you at least care about your bike and depend on it. To the clients: Don’t accept any raise on the cost of the repair given in first place, without notice. Thanks a lot guys!

I had quite a positive experience at this shop the other day. Have a little bike tour planned for weekend and noticed I had a flat tire. I called them and they told me to come by. The tyre was fixed and the wobbly wheel centered within 2 hours while I was doing errands. Very reasonable price as well. I'll definitely come back. Thanks guys!

Very busy workshop but also very friendly people. In my case they had to change my tire among other stuff and they had to order it. It took a few days to take care of everything but they gave me a replacement bicycle in the meantime. Total recommendation.
