Good stuff, worst customer service. You find nice stuff you needed here but if you ask for service maybe you have to help yourself. I went to buy some stuff at the shop, was asking for the price and the stuff that I want was put in the place that no price show and it kinda only one standing there. I was asking the lady at cashier if there was more stuff than this one as the one I take for her to check have some scratch. Then she said no if it was there only one then maybe one, so I was stand there and thinking should I take it or not as it was not looks new at all from the scratch.. then I ask her again if this is only one they have. Then she said, she don’t know, and I should go upstairs and ask her colleagues instead with annoying face and reaction, at that moment is not even other customers, only me there asking for help. So, I come to buy stuff from your shop, and I have to looking for the answer myself about your product at your shop, am I the one working here and get paid? So for those who do a good job I am supporting but for this woman, who not good at customer service maybe you should consider change if you don’t want to do your job. It made the shop looks bad unless no one really cared about it.

Lots of choices. Friendly staff even for a foreigner like me. Someone assisted me upon entering the shop and spent time discussing the difference of shoes I am interested in. Unlike other stores in the area. So I commend them for their service. Thank u.

Wide range of sporting and outdoor goods. The staff is very well trained and friendly to advise in detail before buying a product. The new shop is an improvement on the old location.

the man in the running shoes section was very unfriendly. Wasn’t interested in assisting customers when it’s his job. I didn’t ask for anything big. I asked if he had ‘new’ shoes besides the sample ones. His response was very dry ‘we don’t sell used shoes.’ Aren’t the sample ones techinally used ones?

Awful experience, big store with good selection and variety (that’s why the extra star) but they have 3 employees and 1 is the cashier and we’re talking about a 3 story building so there’s one floor with no one to help. Went downstairs to ask for help and the lady told me “well if I go upstairs to help you then there’s no one here”… that sums up the attention and experience, left without buying anything.

Wanted to buy running shoes on a Saturday afternoon. That shop is completely understaffed. Had to wait 30mins to ask for the shoe size I wanted to try. Unfortunately the employee came back with another size telling me the size I wanted to try is not available anymore. Not an issue really… but I was left alone again. When I asked another employee if I could try another pair of shoes all I got as an answer was: I have two more clients at the moment. And then…. after another 20mins of getting ignored and wasted lifetime in this shop I decided to leave. Poor employees who work hard and do their best but can’t keep up with the flow. Bought the shoes elsewhere.

Mr. Wolfi made great support buying Icebreaker base layer here first time we visit. He gave us very useful advice based on my specific case of usage, we really appreciated. We got not only perfect product but also lovely chats!!! from Japanese visitor today.

Looked online for replacement of my well worn backpack, Sportscheck had what I wanted. Nice store, pleasant staff. My Eastpak (US) ‘rucksack’ was perhaps more expensive than in Australia, but it should last a long time. Edit: I used this solidly for a ten week trip through Europe and it’s excellent - and kept everything dry in the rain

Exceedingly good experience, my first visit. A pair of dark blue ski pants, short leg and EXACTLY what I wanted. Super helpful, charming team.
