One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. It’s like you’re doing them a service by shopping here. The shopkeeper is one of the rudest persons I’ve come across in Frankfurt. Totally unacceptable behavior. Will not be coming back.

One of the worst shopping experiences I've had. Very unfriendly staff, never buying from this store

DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU ARE NOT GERMAN! I visited this store a couple of months ago and unfortunately had one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Many of the employees came across as rude and impatient. In particular, a young man with a moustache in the racket section was extremely rude and unfriendly – after just a few minutes of asking questions, he completely lost his temper and simply ignored us. The store manager was sadly no better, which made the whole situation even more disappointing. As a foreigner with dark hair, I couldn’t help but notice a big difference in how staff treated me compared to blond, German customers. It genuinely felt like discrimination, which is unacceptable anywhere – especially in today’s world. If you want to avoid the same experience, I strongly recommend going to Decathlon or another sports shop. And if you really have no other choice, it’s probably better to order online rather than step foot in this store. What makes things even worse is that the brand owner seems to ignore the many bad reviews here on Google, which feels quite insulting to customers.

The stuff is super helpful and nice. Zarah helped me find the best tennis shoes that fit me and that's cool that she also plays tennis so her pieces of advice were relevant and honest

had a different (much better) experience after reading the reviews which admittedly made me reluctant to go. Christian was extremely helpful - patient, no pressure in allowing me to try out their racquets through the machine and overall being attentive. happy with my purchases !

I enter I there were 6 people in the shop of which 4 of the staff, I was completely ignored. I ask for padel shoes, the first guy reply to me with tone intending is was stupid saying "we have tennis shoes, they are the same" (they are not). Then I ask for help and somebody else come and told with a very unleasent tone, telling me that the only tennis shoes good for padel are the all Courts one, while is well known that Clay court shoes are good. I relly needed to buy shoes because I'll play tomorrow morning and mine broke, but I rather play with running shoes and risk an ingury than give my money to them.

Some staffs are friendly, some are rude. Especially the guy working at the cashier, full of negativity! I guess they don’t have a standard service training. Stringing service generally takes up to 2-3 weeks, which is insane since they put 24h service is possible. Products are expensive in store than their online store. When you asked them to whether they could adjust it, they just asked you to order online and pick it up later instead of helping you. Really isn’t the best experience. Please enhance your service or you will lose more and more clientele!

Bad service. They do not want to assist you and are rude. We wanted to buy a racket and they literally just showed us that all the rackets hang on the wall and there you go. No recommendations, nothing. Very unfriendly and just arrogant. The employees in the store are ridiculous. Unbelievable how they run this place. Really cannot recommend to come here.

Staffs really helped for all gears needed so kindly, even in English. You can park just in front of the shop.
