I am a TITUS customer since long time, for the first time to go inside one for the shop to see it unorganized and everything is a mess also the smell so bad looks like the people smoke grass inside, how a family can go inside like this I had to go out. Was a very bad experience.

California South Bay native with long history with skating and I must say I loved the experience here. I’m new to Germany and the skating culture but I have to give Max at Titus Frankfurt a 10/10 for his service and I’m sure rest of staff is awesome as well. Super knowledgeable knows his stuff and very friendly. If ur visiting from California and love skating I would highly recommend coming in to check out their shop. Great selection and their brand products look great and fair price for new skaters or cruisers.

I visited this store for the first time and bought sunglasses. The staff was very friendly and polite. I paid for the purchase in cash. After wearing these glasses for 15 minutes, my eyes hurt, so I went to the store a day later to return the glasses. They refused to return my money and instead gave me a coupon for 30 euros. The problem is that I could not find anything else for myself in this store, which I told the seller about, but they replied that they could not return the money to me. A very unpleasant situation in which the buyer is deceived and forced to buy what he does not need. I totaly dont need this coupon and I want to have my money back or have this information before I pay by cash :( They told that there is info on the cash register but its impossible to see it if you dont know about it. That's why I feel cheated

We were looking for longboards, but unfortunately the store disappointed us completely in many ways! Very loud and stressful music and unfriendly and harsh staff. It was very obvious that we had no clue and needed some advice about longboards. But unfortunately none of the guys even thought about helping us. Instead, they kept staying behind the counter talking to each other. When we asked them to help us and give us some advice about longboards one guy finally joined us, but it turned out he knew as much about longboards as we did. His only advice was „You just have to stay on the board and you have to feel comfortable“. I felt like they don’t like longboarders, because skateboarding is so much cooler, idk… I have rarely felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable in a store like we did in this Titus. Definitely no recommendation!

It's been a not too bad skateshop in the past. We've been occasionally there in the last years to review novelties or for concrete purchases, they lacked competent people when it comes as selling skateboard equipment. New sellers all the time having not a single clue of what they're selling or what we're here concretely talking about, making me feeling I always come on the day where the gurus are off or they're no longer here. Well, they can sell clothes... If you'd have to look for a skateboard, you'd be better off spending your time in other Frankfurter store, having better gears as products, and understanding what you're here for

The best catch up point for skate board friends. The staff is very friendly and always helpful! You can find unique items there

I'm a New Yorker living in Germany, with that said. It was a dope store. In U.S.A. skateboard shops are not usually chain stores. As chain stores sometimes lose there flare, but Titus doesn't loose the flare. It is a dedicated skateshop and this store had plenty of skateboards products to choose from. There are different Titus stores around Germany each with it's own strengths but the strength in this store was the big skateboard selection. The employees were super nice and helpful. It is worth making a visit.

Cool shop, I love Titus but the staff (3 different people) asked me within 3 minutes if I was looking for something. I don't blame you guys but let your customers shop in peace :)
