Since returning to Frankfurt, I've been searching for a competent and trustworthy bike shop – and with TR Velo, I've found exactly that. Thomas and his team are not only incredibly friendly but also highly skilled. You can immediately tell that these are true professionals who live and breathe their passion for cycling. I was particularly impressed by their helpful and solution-oriented approach: Whether it's a quick repair, personalized advice, or special bike modifications – they don't just process your request; they listen, think proactively, and always think ahead. Appointments are arranged quickly, communication is clear, honest, and transparent, and you simply feel completely at ease. I wouldn't take my bikes anywhere else. TR Velo takes its time, is proactive, and always has a suitable solution for special requests or minor issues. A real insider tip for anyone who expects more than standard service. Highly recommended – five stars aren't enough!

It was my first time there today, and I hadn't even been in the shop for a minute before I knew I was in the right place. I was so impressed by the shop itself, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall atmosphere. I'd give it 7 stars if I could. I've bought many road bikes and time trial bikes, I know many shops, and I've never been so impressed in such a short time. My next bike will definitely be bought here... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best bike shop in Frankfurt – whether you're an ambitious cyclist with a carbon aero frame or something's broken on your 80s city bike, everyone meets here and everyone gets help. Thomas and his team can seemingly solve any problem and even source spare parts that have been lost for decades. Of course, you can also get the right new Bianchi or Berner bike here, and they'll make anything possible. On top of that, you'll find unwavering friendliness and patience in a special atmosphere. Highly competent and helpful. I stopped by half an hour before closing time with a tricky problem with my bike, and it was fixed immediately – quickly, easily, and at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Autumn 2024! Big problem... French deep-sea valve broken - called, stopped by. Result: Valve and tightening tool (plastic) handed to me free of charge - nice chat with fellow enthusiasts on top of that! A competitor around the corner wanted the same tool in aluminum for €15! Beautifully located shop on Luisenplatz. Thomas is very competent, quick, and friendly. You feel right at home and can learn a lot about bikes, etc. My bike is back in working order, and I even got a coffee ;) Highly recommended! 👌🏼

Thomas and his team are great! They repair old and new bikes. It's also nice just to go and check the place while you have an ice cream on the sidewalk.
