An absolute dream: professionally competent, flexible, and fairly priced—what more could you want? :) I had a flat tire in the fields north of Frankfurt and, due to work commitments, urgently needed my bike repaired. Any questions were quickly and easily answered via phone and WhatsApp, and I received immediate service on-site. The price was absolutely fair, even though I completely disrupted my schedule 🙈 I can recommend Velo-Doctor without reservation!

Immediate assistance after a complete failure of the hydraulic rim brake during a weekend tour around Frankfurt. A quick, competent, and affordable repair using a cable-operated brake allowed us to continue our day's ride immediately after a short coffee break at the nearby ice cream parlor (delicious waffles!). I got a quick appointment within 5 days. The repair of a tire, a new stand, a new light, and their installation were completed within 24 hours. I was informed via SMS about the completed repair and the possible pick-up time. The price, including labor and VAT, was €206.53. Friendly, uncomplicated, and professional. Thank you very much.

Excellent service, very good value for money. Many spare parts are often in stock, so repairs are faster than expected. Highly recommended. The only downside is that break times can sometimes be a bit inconsistent, so it's best to call ahead.

I dropped off my daughter's bike on Saturday morning at 10:45 without an appointment. The rear inner tube and front tire were flat. Doc took my request immediately and completed the repairs professionally within three hours. Super friendly, professional, efficient, and at a fair price! Highly recommended!

One solid team for power packed bikes, went with the gold package for my Cannondale CAAD 12, the amount of time they put in to give the best experience to the customers is completely awesome. This makes the customers to call them again. Very focused, skillful people and high quality and precision tools used by them.
