I can only say good words about Staedtler. I went to the shop in Frankfurt and bought 2 bikes thanks to the great support and attention from Mr Koch and Mr Heinemann (Mark). Extremely good professionals and very knowledgeable.

Recently went in for a problem with my bike. The bike techncian was very competent. He correctly diagnosed the problem and gave me a description of the problem (pulleys jammed). The second assistant advised me that the repair can be done, but they will replace the entire derailer. Instead he advised me to buy spare parts and do the repair myself. Did not charge for the advice. So, I bought spare parts from the store and did the repair myself. The problem was solved. The store assistant spoke English and was very helpful. The store also has a huge selection of bikes and accesories. Easily reachable by U-bahn as well. Will consider for future bike repairs. However, during my second visit, the waiting time was huge. Despite the fact that store was not crowded. It was a Saturday afternoon, so avoid Saturdays if possible.

It's a great place if you intend to look around for a new bicycle, spare parts or bike wear and many more. The store is well structured, all sorts of bicycles are available plus an integrated repair department, staff team is very welcoming and helpful, so don't hesitate and come round to catch more than just a sneak peek, I recommend this place.

We went in to this store buy two bicycles for trekking around Germany for the summer. Thomas, whose English was far superior to my German, helped us decide what to buy. Obviously with the shipping crisis the choices were few but he found us two good bikes. We had a follow-up issue and Lars helped resolve our problem. We were very happy dealing with them and are enjoying our purchases including various accessories. Big store with a decent selection even in these difficult times.

Giving 4 stars because during the repair my new bike got scratched, BUT the consultant who helped me to explain everything and choose the right bike was an absolutely incredible guy! His name is Moritz and he speaks perfect English as well. Please give him a pay-rise! Thanks for help, I absolutely love my bike :) Moritz, if you see it, please contact me!

Very large store and nice bicycle buying experience. + More than 200 types available + Chose from accessories of all types + Bosch repair centre available + Helpful staff, parking available - higher prices for all purchases and services, almost no discounts available

Huge selection of bicycles and accessories. Great experience when we bought our bicycles with very friendly staff. However, on the second visit when we needed a flat tyre replaced, it required us to wait for 1 week to have it repaired. When we returned 1 week later, the bicycle was not repaired and we needed to wait for another 30 minutes for them to get it fixed on the spot.

I went there to buy a baby-seat for my bike. I had no idea about the topic so I wanted someone to explain me from scratch. Well, I had to wait about 15 minutes, but then a "mitarbeiter" came and was extremely helpful for over 20 minutes. We ended up buying all he said (we would have missed some accessories if we hadn't asked) and then we left them all there to be installed. My only experience there, but a very positive one.
