A very nice and tidy store with a great selection of products for various sports. As a runner, I found everything I needed here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It's a great place to shop in a relaxed atmosphere amidst the otherwise very busy and hectic MyZeil shopping center. I'll definitely be back!

I'm reporting on the very accommodating and friendly handling of my issue today. At the end of July, I bought Speedcross 6 trail running shoes at the Salomon store. Unfortunately, the shoes turned out to be too small. Today, I spoke to the very friendly sales assistant about it. She handled the situation in a very solution-oriented way. After a complete consultation again, I chose a different pair of trail running shoes (one size larger). I really appreciated the sales assistant's friendliness and calm demeanor. It was the right decision to buy in a physical store rather than ordering online. This is where the strength of a local shop really shines. I'm looking forward to my next trail run. Thanks, Salomon. Two stars for the poor service. After purchasing a pair of shoes and returning them after two days because the fit wasn't ideal, the only way to return them was with a voucher. With the caveat that the voucher could only be redeemed in the Frankfurt store, and not online.

Very friendly and relaxed place. The staff there are very kind and helpful without giving the feeling of putting pressure on the customer to buy anything. This in turn would attract me to buy from them. (In some other shops this kind of pressure would deter me.)

I have to say, firstly, this is a top-notch store with super friendly staff. It was my very first time in a shop like this, and I received excellent advice from the friendly and knowledgeable saleswoman! I usually wear Nike 99% of the time, but with such great advice, I finally found a pair of shoes that I hope to enjoy for many years to come. My new shoes are quite eye-catching, but they're also incredibly comfortable! As the saleswoman said (no one's going to step on your shoes, which was really great 😅😅). So, all in all, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend them! I'll definitely be back! Keep up the good work!

I recently visited the store because I needed new hiking boots. The store has a very well-maintained, well-organized feel, and it's easy to navigate. It didn't take long for me to receive help very politely and without any pushy or unpleasantness. The employees were all super relaxed, and I had a pleasant, informal, and above all, informative conversation with a young woman. After a short time, we had found the perfect shoe, and they even gave me a pair of matching socks to boot :) All in all, the advice was spot on, and the employee seemed very competent and knowledgeable. So far, the shoe has only been worn once: there's nothing wrong with it; the size is perfect, the shoe doesn't pinch, and feels super secure.
