Amazing services! Everything was smooth from the pick up arrangement to the repair and return of the bike. They explained what had to be repaired in details, both in wringing (quotation) and video-everything is clear and transparent. I am very satisfied with their services and definitely recommend them! Thank you for the great services!

My experience with you in Düsseldorf was disastrous. Apart from the pickup and delivery, nothing went right. I paid for an inspection, but the gears weren't adjusted (the bike was even still in the same gear as when I dropped it off), nor was the slight dent in the front wheel removed, even though it was mentioned in the video after the visual inspection. A problem I pointed out several times, even with a video via the chat function, wasn't resolved either. I doubt anything was done to the bike at all. They also recommended replacing the rear brake pads and disc due to wear. The parts prices were twice as high as in stores, and it wasn't clear whether labor was included. I opted out of that. When I returned the bike, I checked the brakes. The disc was 1.9xmm thick (newly 2mm, wear limit 1.5mm), and the pads are still over 2.5mm thick (wear limit 1mm). As if all that wasn't enough, the Bowden cable cover on the shift lever is now missing. I don't know where the bike was, I don't have a personal contact, and emails and calls go unanswered. And this "service" costs €99. Update: After almost two weeks, someone from VROOM called me. In short, they said they don't answer the phone on principle and I should simply request another pickup and complain about the first repair. No sooner said than done, the bike was picked up again the next day. This time, the cracking noise from the bottom bracket was also detected in the workshop, and a replacement of the bottom bracket was offered. I commissioned the repair and also asked for the gears to be adjusted and the wheel trued, which should have been done during the inspection. Shortly after, I got the bike back. The rear rim was covered in oil splashes, the area around the bottom bracket was covered in grease. And the best part: the bottom bracket (threaded BSA bearing) wasn't completely replaced, contrary to the quote, but only repaired with a bearing kit. Not a big deal, if I hadn't paid for the entire bearing. And as if that weren't enough, I quickly noticed that the dust cap was about 1mm out on one side, and the bearing was visible from the outside. So I contacted them again via email with pictures. The response was that two mechanics had confirmed everything was fine. So I disassembled the crank and discovered that the bearing on one side had been pressed in the wrong way. This is about a five-star rating. Since I have no way of removing the bearing myself, the bike is now going back to the workshop for the third time.

Booking the bike pickup from my home was relatively straightforward. During the booking process, I was able to specify what was wrong with the bike and what needed to be repaired, which I did. I was informed several times by email about the pickup. Unfortunately, I still haven't received the promised text message. However, the driver arrived about an hour before the scheduled time. That wasn't ideal. The driver was very friendly and took my bike. However, the bike's securing in the Sprinter van seemed very makeshift. Painter's fleece was thrown over the wheels and they were clamped in front of other bikes with bars. It wasn't well protected. The driver was aware of the text message problem. The next day, I received a video quote from the mechanic who performed the preliminary inspection for my bike. They recommended an inspection for €100, which would tighten all the screws, grease all the necessary parts, and true the wheels. He pointed out the runout on the rear wheel. They also wanted to sell me a bell, since the mechanic couldn't find one on my bike. It seems he's never repaired a Gazelle bike before, otherwise he would have known that my bike has an original Gazelle handlebar bell. Since my rear wheel had a significant dent, I asked again via chat whether the dent had been fixed after the inspection. I was then told that small dents are centered during the inspection. Whether my significant dent was fixed during the inspection was unclear, and the question wasn't addressed specifically. I tried several times by phone. To no avail! They ultimately wanted to sell me some things, but didn't specifically address my wishes. For these reasons, and also because they didn't address a worn tire, I decided against Vroom Repair's service and requested my bike back. Incidentally, my last inspection wasn't that long ago. So I'm wondering if the person who introduced himself to me as a master mechanic is even a bicycle mechanic. The return delivery went smoothly. The driver was even two minutes early. However, the text message for the return date never arrived, and the bikes in the Sprinter van were unprofessionally secured, just like the first driver. Before I picked up my bike, the driver asked me if it was mine, as it sometimes happens that the wrong bikes are given to customers. My conclusion: 1 star for delivery and pickup. It's better to have the repair done by a local specialist.

The service was quick and convenient, but poor quality. I wanted a standard tune up of my road bike. For that they charge €100 plus a non-waivable €30 “cleaning fee”. Fine. My tubes were not inflated when they picked up the bike, and instead of checking if they would hold air they wanted to charge an additional €70 to change the tubes. I declined, because they only needed to be inflated. They wanted to charge an additional €10 to screw on the pedals (literally 10 seconds of work). I declined, mostly because I was upset about the upcharge for inflating the tires. When I got the bike back the screws securing the handle bars were loose and the handle bars were crooked. Very unprofessional and frankly dangerous. Thankfully I know how to fix my bike and was just being lazy by using this service, but I won't do it again.

I use VROOM regularly – the team always keeps their appointments perfectly, both for pickup and delivery. The workshop manager meticulously identifies all the defects on the bike and asks via the app whether I want all the identified issues repaired, or if some are less important and should be addressed at a later service appointment. Eight weeks ago, I had a fall, and this time the workshop manager even made a short video explaining everything to me, including what was damaged in the fall. I think you only get that kind of service at VROOM – they're truly unique and first-class. The prices are more than fair. I highly recommend having your bike serviced here.

Top service. Pickup and return went smoothly. The costs are always transparent, and Jasmin was very nice and accommodating. My e-bike was gone for two weeks because special parts had to be ordered from Bosch, which is completely understandable. Jasmin called me again specifically to let me know that they were waiting for parts. Now it's time for the first test ride. The price/performance ratio is excellent, but spare parts cost a lot... Took my second bike (MTB) for inspection and there were problems with the front fork's damper. Pickup was also excellent. The mechanic sent me a video and explained the repair and the costs. I'm totally satisfied, and my road bike will be serviced there soon, too.

I booked my bike in for a repair and service and it was picked up at the meeting point (300 metres from my apartment) at 9am the next morning. I already have it back 24 hours later. Amazing service, super easy to use and efficient and straightforward. Excellent communication. I would not hesitate to recommend Vroom!

I gave my bicycle for the service and asked them to prepare it for my a month long, long distance bicycle trip. It was pretty quick and neat job done by them by identifying major issues and sorted out also they offered me if any other faults can be found during the drive they will get the bicycle and look into the issue. Impressed with their service and looking forward to my second bicycle delivery on Tuesday.
