After a lengthy search and reading through Google reviews of bike shops/repair shops in the Friedberg area, I finally decided on Sheep Cycles and haven't regretted my decision at all. I dropped my bike off for a service/maintenance. Fair price and great work. I was able to pick up my bike again after two days. Friendly, professional, and absolutely recommendable. :) Thank you!

I have been riding a Contoura trekking bike with a Rohloff gear system for 6 years. I recently had a major problem with my bike. The eccentric that was originally installed no longer held properly in the bottom bracket shell, and I was looking for an alternative. I contacted several dealers with my problem, but no one could offer me a repair. Then I searched further online and found this great bike repair shop. I contacted this dealer by email with my problem and sent him all my photos. I received an immediate response and a feedback. We were then given various repair options and a cost estimate. The team consists of Simone Piehl and Dirk Schäfer. Mr. Schäfer advised me. He immediately suggested an appointment time and then everything was discussed on site. He offered me an affordable and timely repair, which he carried out brilliantly and with great service. I brought the bike in on Monday evening and was able to pick it up again on Friday.

He does a good job and saves on materials and time, meaning it costs me very little. He also gives a professional impression. So I've taken my bike there once and I'm satisfied with the repair.

I stumbled upon this workshop quite by chance. König and Rückenwind weren't answering the phone. I got an appointment here the same day and was back on my bike half an hour later. I paid less than €40 for a new inner tube and gear adjustment. I'm very satisfied and can only recommend this workshop. Good luck in the future!
