I had my racket restrung there, but it broke again after only 10 minutes of use. When I asked if this was normal, they said my racket was already defective and couldn't be restrung. The racket isn't even a year old and was really expensive. The owner offered no compensation; they said I could try again for the full price. They would have gladly sold me a new one. I had it restrung elsewhere without any problems. What a shame!
