Gladly again, very customer friendly and cheap, I took my ninbot e scooter to repair the rear tire, I then brought it to Hanau Kaufland in the shopping center, they simply fixed the rear wheel with tire pilot foam and then got me 50 euros, so I am very satisfied, honest colleagues, not like in Hanau the scammers

An absolutely fantastic bike shop! A true family business where you feel welcome from the very first moment. The advice is expert, honest, and perfectly tailored to individual needs. I was particularly impressed by how lovingly and patiently they treat children – every word is taken seriously, and the little ones feel truly important. They really do everything possible to ensure the bike turns out exactly as you envision it. And as a little bonus: if you ask nicely, they'll even deliver the bike to your home the same day (if you live nearby). It couldn't be better – highly recommended!

A true Gelnhausen legend; anyone who knows him knows what I mean. He's incredibly competent and the repairs are reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

The best bike shop there is. Very friendly and makes you feel very happy. They have everything you need. I've been happy and delighted for years that such a great shop exists.

We've taken our e-bikes there several times and have always been very satisfied. (Minor repairs, replacing parts like pedals, brakes, kickstands, lights, tires) They're very quick, even during peak season, and the prices aren't too expensive—just reasonable.

We've bought all our children's bikes here and have always been satisfied with the advice and service. Recently, we found a suitable tire for an older Puky tricycle there. Our grandchildren were delighted. After months of searching for a suitable bike for our wife, we found it here.

Best address far and wide, my specialist for many years, problem-free and excellent service, definitely recommend it. I was there again today. The bike runs like clockwork. Someone squirted oil on my disc brake. New brake disc and service done. Great job. It's always worth it.

I'm very happy with the bike I bought. The service has always been straightforward and seamless for me. I also feel the prices are fair. We would definitely buy another bike here!

My son had a severe wobble in the rim of his rear wheel, and it also needed a new tire. The repair was no problem. When I asked how much it would cost, they told me it wouldn't be exorbitant. And indeed, at €37, I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for the affordable and excellent repair.
