I bought a kids helmet from O'Neal at Fahrrad XXL. The staff was very friendly and helped me choose the right size for my child. Great selection and a very pleasant shopping experience. I recommend this store.

Great store and loads of stock of loads of different things. Really helpful staff, in particular thanks to Brodziak for helping me in my search for new cycling shoes; I think I tried on every shoe they had in my size!

We went for a kids-seat for a bike. And unfortunately our experience didn’t started well. Younggentleman wore glasses and was in a kids section. We needed help and advices about it. And it was always quick answer and he left. It was really weird behaviour, I have to say. A bit sad, because for families it is a big day to buy a kids seat. :( But than it came Usama (hope I write correctly his name) you can be happy to have him in your team Fahrrad XXL, he saw how desperate we are and he gave us his time, show us everything and tried with us, show how how to fix it and what are advantages! He helped us to pickup the right seat and because of him we bought it! And we end again with a good experience. Thank you again Usama! He did such a great job!

Third visit to this gigantic bike shop in Griesheim, Darmstadt and as always I had fun. On my recent visit, I bought the Oakley Radar EV Path and the salesperson J. Brodziak helped me to find it for me and even applied a 10€ discount which was really nice. I was interested in other accessories which Brodziak showed me with great care. Genuine experience - highly recommend.

We waited for almost an hour at the tracking bikes, no one was available to help us. After an hour I approached one of the staff. Without even asking him a question, he raised his voice and angrily told me that his eyes see the same thing as mine: „ there is no staff available“. I havent experienced such a bad customer service for a long time. Needless to say, we left immediately.

Lifetime cyclists but we know nothing about winter clothing.. A very friendly young lady in the department gave plenty of good advice, and options. I got under gloves, layered tops and other parts. All things I’ve needed. And as this review is in English, she was very keen to help us in English. Thank you for that, sorry my German is so awful!

I went there for Saddle rod and mudguard and other accessories like saddle pocket for tools. I chose this one as its loaded with all the bike stuff in all varieties and even a workshop. This lacks in only workshops where you keep on waiting for parts or accessories. I got a great help and recommendations from Noah A. I speak a little Deutsch but we could communicate using English and Deutsch. He helped me choose the bike stuff that's good and affordable to me. He also helped me with assembly of the saddle. Thank you 😊.

A fantastic place for all your cycling needs. I went in to buy my cycle yesterday and the staff there were so friendly and helpful. Got the cycle I wanted with all the right accessories in under 15 mins, they fixed all the accessories and took delivery of the bike in 3 hours!! Thanks for making the whole experience smooth and helpful.

Incredible experiences by seeing all this big bicycle shop. You can always find all the good brands at the shop and parts and accessories here too! Friendly environment and indoor cycle path too! Friendly staff and willing to help you at any time! Highly recommended!
