Very friendly and helpful service! I took my child's balance bike to the repair shop today because the tires had lost air. The owner pumped it up right away, completely free of charge. He was super friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great service!

Radl-Willi even discovered that my e-bike, which I bought from a very large bike shop in Griesheim, had been delivered to me with one tire mounted in the wrong direction.
