Unfortunately, I do not recommend this store, and I even advise against shopping there. Reading the reviews, I see that this isn't the first time this has happened. After receiving the return label and returning the item, I received no contact from the store's customer service, no response, and no refund. Fortunately, Kaufland marketplace provided excellent assistance because the jacket was purchased through this platform. I strongly advise against shopping there.

Due to MY mistake, the shipment wasn't delivered to me but was returned to Caraldo Sport. After a brief phone call, the goods were immediately resent. The shirts are of very good quality, the delivery was incredibly fast, and the service was outstanding! Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop. After a cancellation, I still haven't received my refund. There has been absolutely no response to my inquiries, neither by email nor through any other channels. The customer service is extremely disappointing – I strongly advise against shopping here.
