We have only positive things to say: we are currently abroad and needed two spare parts for our trusty e-bikes. Even after 16 (!) years, Fahrrad Fuchs remembered us and immediately, in a very friendly and unconventional way, took care of it! Great flexibility, great personal service! Thumbs up!

Here I can once again offer special praise! Contacting them is extremely pleasant for the customer. At Fahrrad Fuchs, I experienced incredibly fast service once again and, as always, was greeted very warmly, helpfully, and with understanding. Another important aspect that must be mentioned again is Fahrrad Fuchs' solution-oriented approach. No one is left "on their own" here. That's something special these days. I'm therefore very happy to have found Fahrrad Fuchs and will happily remain a customer for "a lifetime of cycling." Many thanks to Fahrrad Fuchs and your unbeatable team. I've been there twice, the staff is very unfriendly, and strangely enough, they don't handle e-scooters, nor even repair regular bicycles - I would strongly suggest a misleading company name for older citizens!

Baltic Sea Circumnavigation 2025 through 8 Countries I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Fahrrad Fuchs e-Bike Experience World in Groß-Gerau. My purchase of the Riese & Müller Nevo 4 GT vario Performance Line CX e-bike in 2023, as well as the factory tour at Riese & Müller, went smoothly. My 2025 Baltic Sea Circumnavigation tour, covering approximately 6,300 km, was successfully completed, and I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Fahrrad Fuchs who prepared my e-bike, "Hildegard," perfectly for this trip. It's always a good choice to go to Fahrrad Fuchs. After an inspection, the brakes were replaced. Afterwards, there was a slight grinding noise, but this was fixed immediately and at no additional cost. Thanks to the Fuchs team, my bike is now ready for the summer. Thank you. I highly recommend Fahrrad Fuchs.

Consistently excellent customer service. Friendly and competent staff who take their time for customers. The online appointment system is outstanding, resulting in virtually no waiting time; workshop orders are completed quickly, and the cost breakdown is transparent.

When I bought my bike from the shop, I was told over the phone that repairing an €800 bike after about four years and 900 km would no longer be worth it. That was a long time ago, but I would never go back to that bike shop. Unfortunately, there are no 0 stars.

Last Tuesday, I went to Fahrrad Fuchs with the intention of buying an e-bike. I received a very friendly welcome. First, they assessed my needs and answered various questions. This allowed me to begin the search for a suitable bike. I was able to test ride several bikes, which was very pleasant. Since I couldn't quite decide on a bike, Mr. Fuchs suggested a subscription bike rental. This means you rent the bike for 6, 12, 18, or 24 months and pay a fixed monthly fee. I thought this was a great alternative and opted for the subscription. After just five days, I was able to pick up my bike today. Everything was explained to me again in detail during the handover. I thank Jürgen and Andrea for the excellent advice.

Great advice. Bikes can be test-ridden if available. And the delivery was three weeks earlier than expected! We were also informed about the cargo bike subsidy offered by the GG district, which we weren't aware of. Thank you! Please keep up the good work! Friendly, competent, and highly recommended.
