Hello dear Sport Hüber team, I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I really have to say: This was fantastic! I bought running shoes for myself and my wife and was absolutely thrilled with the service. The salesman – a fit and very helpful man – was able to give us excellent advice thanks to his expertise. I'd especially like to highlight his friendly and supportive manner: Since my wife has some health limitations, he even took the time to tie her shoes for her. You really don't find that everywhere. We were completely satisfied and can highly recommend this service with foot analysis and personalized advice. Thank you so much! We'll definitely be back.

Thankfully, I wasn't in that store very often, not because I disliked it, but because of the manager's behavior towards his employees. Unfortunately, I once overheard some inappropriate comments he made to his female staff. Generally, I enjoy shopping at Sporthübner, but situations like that seem quite unacceptable and uncomfortable for the employees.

Great customer service, a very dedicated store manager! The studs on my son's Nike soccer cleats broke after a short time; unfortunately, I didn't have the receipt. Nevertheless, the manager and employees acted professionally and gave us the opportunity to get new soccer cleats. It's clear that the manager has experience in soccer and immediately recognized that it was a manufacturing defect on the part of Nike. Thank you for that!

My wife and I originally just wanted to buy hiking boots for me and running shoes for my wife. Thanks to Matteo D.'s very friendly and helpful advice, we ended up going home with four pairs of shoes, some insoles, and a shirt.

I received fantastic advice from Christine Fink-Travis in March 2023 for my trip to Finland. She took a lot of time to prepare the right outfits for my trip to the far north and to equip me properly. I still owe her this review, even almost two years later. Great products with great advice. I'd be happy to use her again for my next sporting adventure.

We wanted to buy some sports shoes. Even after being there for about half an hour, we weren't offered any assistance. After we asked a salesperson about a different size, he said he'd check if they had a larger size in stock. He disappeared and wasn't seen again; maybe he's still looking for something 😁. When we asked the cashier again, he just shrugged.

Very friendly and competent staff... easy to get to... parking available... great deals... even the regular prices are perfectly fine... I found a pair of suitable sports shoes there.
