I placed an order on June 30th, 2020, and unfortunately paid immediately via PayPal. Since then, I haven't received the goods, no one is responding to my messages, and my calls are being forwarded from a landline to a mobile number where no one answers. Please be careful with this shop. I hope I get my money back. This really shouldn't happen these days.

I ordered two pairs of Beco slippers on January 9, 2025, and only one pair was delivered. After complaining several times via email, I was repeatedly promised a replacement, but I still haven't received it (about three months later). I will definitely not recommend this shop and will not order anything again. Best regards, a very disappointed customer.

Wow, what a great shop, I'm thrilled! I went there on a recommendation. I actually only wanted to buy an Erima sports bag 🤣. The quality is consistently top-notch, as is the selection. Mr. Binger was very friendly and gave me excellent advice. I will definitely be back!

Terrible.......tried to communicate by chat, no awnser. Tried by what's app..........no awnser an they have read the messages. Very disappointing! Don't buy here! They won't awnser at all.

I ordered a very specific basketball here, and they delivered the wrong one. When I asked how I could return the incorrect product at no extra cost, the only response I got was: "The one we sent you is great too... the store is very professional!" I haven't received any further feedback. We'll see if I'm stuck with €40 and a basketball I don't want.

Highly recommended! I wanted to make a change to my order after placing it and also needed fast shipping. Excellent customer service; everything was resolved smoothly. The goods arrived the next day! I would definitely order again...
