The owner was very, very kind and like the other reviewer, he attempted to fix our bike for free just a few minutes before closing on a Saturday. We had ridden 20km and got a flat, unfortunately he didn’t have the correct part for our repair, but he tried to seal the tire anyway. His kindness won’t be forgotten.

I was there with my e-scooter and simply wanted to ask about a valve extension for inflating my tire (I had a flat). The man was very unfriendly, gave curt answers, and didn't take me seriously. Of course, I understand he wasn't familiar with scooters, but it was just about the tire valve (an extension/attachment for other pumps), and to be so difficult about even looking at it is unacceptable. In the end, I did get the valve. That's not how you treat people, so I can't recommend this shop!

Mr. Flachs has been repairing bicycles for 40 years; how anyone could accuse him of incompetence is beyond me. I've been to his shop several times and each time I've been satisfied with the price, quality, and service. It's incomparable to any other bicycle shop I know.

I absolutely cannot understand the positive reviews here. I went there today hoping to get help with my e-scooter. Besides the rude replies, I also ended up in a bad mood. As soon as they realized they couldn't sell me anything, I was politely shown the door. Disappointing! Especially considering that I bought my first bicycle from this man, and my parents bought and had their bikes repaired there for years (!).

A very competent bike repair shop and a great shop. The owner is friendly and very helpful. The prices are absolutely reasonable and justified, as the work is still done by hand. And if you have a bike breakdown, they'll even lend you a pump, free of charge. Keep up the good work, and thank you very much.
