A terrible store with incredibly rude and unfriendly staff, and on top of that, a massive problem with fraud. While everything had price tags of €120, each jacket had a different price for no apparent reason, and at the checkout, we encountered another unexpected price difference. To make matters worse, they were also rude and said it wasn't our obligation to buy the jacket, and took it back from us even though we had come specifically for that jacket. Rudeness and unprofessionalism from the staff, despite it being their direct responsibility, combined with fraudulent pricing.

I love this store. Every Thursday they have amazing new discounts, and they're always different. Sometimes it's a discounted New Balance tracksuit, which is really popular right now, other times it's Nike Tech tracksuits. I think it's fantastic because my boyfriend and I always get great advice there. I was there again recently and I've never been greeted so warmly in a store as by that one gentleman – it made me feel right at home, like I was at my best friend's house. I'll definitely be back! 👀❤️

More than just a great feel for the customer. I described to the young man exactly what kind of shoe my son needed, because he always has problems with his shoes when playing sports. The very first pair was a perfect match, and the right size too. You couldn't ask for a better customer service experience. Thanks, Lucas!

The best sports shop in Hanau thanks this one manager. Everyone should check it out; you'll get the most professional customer service from just one person. I don't know why he even works there; I think he's way overqualified for the job, but he does it with a lot of heart. Thanks to the tall, slim, and incredibly handsome young man. You're doing old-school customer service, hats off to you! 🦁💪🏻

Not even a one star. Very poor customer service and rude staff who know nothing about being polite with their customers. I need to talk to ssomebody who is in charge of this branch to tell him about a scandal that happened a few minutes ago. I will never buy anything from this store and all other branches. This company is a failure. I urge everyone not to buy anything from them.
