Super friendly! My electric scooter had a problem with the rear tire, and it was fixed incredibly well. However, another problem then arose, but thanks to the excellent warranty, it was handled very smoothly. The prices are also very reasonable. What I also really appreciate is the communication via WhatsApp! I highly recommend them! Best regards, Benni

Massimo Bike Shop is really great! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 I took my e-bike there for a service, and they got it running perfectly again. The prices are absolutely reasonable! 👍👍👍👍👍 They keep you informed about everything. 😀 I'll probably become a regular customer :-). Because only a safe bike is a good bike. Best regards

I had two bikes fitted with new rims. The work was done very quickly and professionally at a very fair fixed price, which was only 40% of what another workshop quoted. I can highly recommend Fahrrad Massimo.

I am deeply disappointed by my experience today at this bike shop. I took my e-scooter bike in solely for a tube change – a routine job that a specialist should have handled without any problems. However, instead of a simple repair, the wheel and the tire were apparently damaged during disassembly. Not only was the damage concealed from me, but they subsequently demanded that I pay for both the new tube and the damaged tire. And I find that very disappointing. A specialist shop should be held accountable for errors made during repairs. I see no customer-friendliness or sense of responsibility here. From a legal perspective, the situation is clear: Anyone who negligently or improperly causes damage during a service is liable for it under Section 280 of the German Civil Code (BGB) (compensation for breach of duty). The fact that this shop evades any responsibility is, in my view, not only legally questionable, but also customer-unfriendly and disappointing. I therefore unfortunately cannot recommend the shop and strongly advise against having your bike repaired here – especially if you re depending on professional, fair, and responsible work. 😡😡😡 Unfortunately, I received no apology or constructive solution to my complaint, but rather a statement that, in my opinion, is not true. I would like to emphasize that my description is based on my own experience and can be substantiated by pictures before and after my visit. I ask you to review your statement and correct this misrepresentation.

After careful inspection, our expert staff determined that the outer tire had significant, pre-existing defects that went beyond a simple inner tube replacement. Replacing the entire tire was absolutely necessary for safety reasons and to ensure roadworthiness.<br><br>We immediately informed you about the condition of the tire and explained that simply replacing the inner tube would be neither sensible nor responsible in this case. We categorically reject the claim that we damaged the wheel or the tire during disassembly. Our mechanics are trained and perform such work routinely and professionally without damaging any intact parts. The damage to the tire was already present before you brought it to us.<br><br><br>We immediately informed you about the condition of the tire and explained that simply replacing the inner tube would be neither sensible nor responsible in this case. We are a specialist company that adheres to high quality standards and prioritizes the safety of our customers. Both employees at this bike repair shop are competent and very friendly. I went there for my first inspection with my new Chinese e-bike, and they adjusted the heavy thing perfectly. It's reassuring to know that there's someone nearby who can help you if you ever have a problem with your e-bike. Definitely recommend it 👍

Best experience ever! I called at 11 am with a problem: my crank was broken, I already had a replacement, and it just needed to be installed. Even on a very busy Friday, they immediately told me I could come in. When I arrived at the shop, they took care of me right away. They even brought a lock and installed it for me. I 100% recommend this shop. I will definitely be back.

This review refers to the car key service. I had privately purchased a new case for my car key. The blank needed to be milled accordingly. That's why I contacted Massimo's. I arrived around 1 p.m. and left the car keys there, as I couldn't wait due to time constraints. We had agreed that I could pick up the keys at 5 p.m., and the price was €30. I arrived at the store at 5:15 p.m. The store manager stated that he couldn't make it and would now take care of my key. After about 15 minutes, I went back to the store. There, the employee stated that it was not possible to mill the blank and that I should send it back. However, when I took a closer look at the "faulty" blank, I noticed that the work was rather imprecise. The milling was irregular, and as a result, the blank had been perforated! The photos also show that the tip of the blank was milled too deep, which is why it was perforated! The employee demanded the €30 despite the unfulfilled service. I didn't see why. He then dropped his demand. I still gave him 'only' €10 for his "efforts." Now I can order a new case, and I was also late for work due to the unpunctuality of the service! Therefore, I'm only giving this 2 stars.
