Excellent advice and a true specialist shop! We were looking for hiking gear and received exceptionally good advice in this small sports shop. The salesperson took an incredible amount of time for us, answered all our questions, and helped us with great expertise and patience. You can immediately tell that this isn't just a salesperson; it's a place where genuine passion and competence are at the heart of everything. We felt completely at ease. Highly recommended!

This was my first time at Sport Fink, and I've never experienced such excellent customer service. Lukas is incredibly knowledgeable and a very friendly person. He took his time and gave me a very thorough consultation about my hiking boots. I will definitely shop there again; I highly recommend this store. Top-notch! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I went there a few days ago to buy a pair of shoes. The salesperson really went the extra mile – I was there for at least two hours! I tried on about 15 pairs of shoes, and just when I thought I'd found the right pair, the salesperson took the time to examine my problem feet more closely. Then he brought me another pair – and they fit perfectly! Go see Lukas – he's a passionate salesperson who takes his time. I was really pleasantly surprised. Shout out to Lukas, I'm still a big fan! Today was my first visit to Sport Fink for a running analysis and new running shoes. Lukas's advice was excellent – very friendly, competent, and pleasant :) I felt completely at ease and went home with some really great running shoes – highly recommended!

I went there to purchase ski clothes and I got coffee, a perfect service from a very friendly man and many additional discount during checkout. That's what I call service... I will definetely come again!
