I needed the battery lock on my e-bike repaired. Unfortunately, after six weeks, there was still no response. Despite repeated inquiries, I was repeatedly given flimsy excuses – they couldn't reach anyone at Abus, the order hadn't even arrived, the package was on its way but had been delivered to the wrong address. After eight weeks, I picked it up unrepaired. I easily ordered a replacement part online for €30. Unfortunately, they didn't return all the individual parts I needed for installation from the workshop. Absolutely no customer service!

Four months ago, I dropped off my wheel rim for spoke repair, providing my mobile number. After three follow-up inquiries and assurances that I would be called, nothing happened. The rim is nowhere to be found, and no one is responding.

I'd like to share my exceptionally positive experience with the Schlockerhof bicycle repair shop. After my trusty bike had served me faithfully for over 20 years, it had been sitting unused for a while and was in dire need of a thorough overhaul. I decided to visit the shop to have the essential components, such as the brakes, gears, and chain, checked and to ensure my bike was completely safe and ready to ride. From the moment I arrived, I felt I was in good hands. The staff was extremely friendly and competent. I explained my needs, and one of the employees took the time to thoroughly inspect my bike. He suggested leaving it for three days for inspection and maintenance after scheduling an appointment, to ensure everything was carefully checked and adjusted. When I picked it up, I was simply thrilled. The work they had done was outstanding. The brakes worked perfectly, the gears shifted smoothly, and the chain ran like a dream. They had managed to breathe new life into my two-decade-old bicycle. And all at a fair price, in my opinion. The bike not only feels safer, but it also rides remarkably smoothly again. I can highly recommend this bike repair shop. Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to their work are truly commendable. My expectations were met. I'm so happy to be able to enjoy riding my bike again, and I owe that to the fantastic team at this shop.

Friendly staff, clean and well-maintained shop and workshop. The repair to my bicycle was carried out to my complete satisfaction. The price was also very fair. I would gladly use their services again.

Top-notch service on-site, with the staff taking the time to explain technical aspects to laypeople. A large selection of tires and accessories, as well as spare parts and specialized tools, is also available on-site. The quality and prices are perfectly reasonable, and there's also the social aspect, which I personally think is great and absolutely worth supporting!

Business must be really good... I called to schedule an inspection for my company bike. Without thinking or checking, I was told I could make an appointment in August. Since I didn't want to stress them out too much, I decided to go with a different bike shop. I'm curious to see how Jobrad handles such information when the contract partners need so much lead time.
