The roller skates arrived super fast. Ordered on Sunday, shipped on Monday, and delivered on Tuesday. Now that's what I call customer service! The skates themselves look fantastic, and even when there was a minor issue, I received incredibly fast email support and was able to fix it myself in seconds (just a loose screw). Otherwise, the skates are perfect. Thank you so much for the outstanding service!

Fantastic service! 👍🏼 I had several vouchers, and since you can only redeem one at a time on the website, Björn simply found everything separately for me and applied all the vouchers at once. On top of that, I received excellent advice and answers to my questions. Great service. I'll definitely be back.

I had a great experience with the store and the owner. He was very professional and knowledgeable over the phone, his advice on the roller skate was perfect. The product was delivered quickly and it was very well packaged in a perfect condition. I’m looking forward to my next roller skate upgrade.

I know many people looked into my last review. So I decided to give the store another chance. I’m happy with my latest order. No long emails, straight to the point with the order sent on the same day, stock is as mentioned on the website. Great job and thanks. 1 less star than 5 just because the box was taped with no other cover on it. That’s all.

Ordered a pair of skates which I sent back due to them being too small. Understandably, they didn’t have the next size up so I asked to refund my purchase. They (Kevin) replied with an automated email stating it would take 5-8 business days due to high demand. Its now been TWENTY days since that first email and I’m still waiting for a response. I sent them a second email with the same automated response in return. Conclusion: If you’re buying here, keep in mind that you won’t be seeing your money for a looong while if you want a refund. It’s interesting how you always seem to take zero accountability on these bad reviews... The information I gave was 100% correct and regardless an email should have been sent out confirming that you got the information and wether it was correct or not. Funny enough you did all this “the day of” the bad review

Hello Stefan,<br><br>on July 30th you have ordered a pair of skates. Chosen payment option was prepayment by banktransfer. On August 3rd we received the money from you and shipped the skates the same day.<br>3 days later the skates arrived at your address in sweden.<br>You tried them on and decided to send them back for exchange.<br><br>On August 12th we processed your return and informed you by email that the requested size is not available anymore. You replied on the 14th and gave us your bankdetails for the refund.<br><br>We advised our accounting to issue the refund on August 17th.<br>On August 24th we got the notification from our bank that the transfer failed because of an incorrect bankaccount information. At the same day you gave us this bad review, so we had no chance to inform you. Btw you gave us the wrong bankinformation in your email from August 14th.<br><br>We are very sorry for this situation but have to point out that you are waiting this long for your money because 1) you gave us the wrong bankaccount information and 2) you have chosen the slowest payment option for your order. To avoid such a dissappointing experience in the future we really recommend to choose another payment option, e.g. Paypal.<br><br>Again we apologize for the inconveniences but hope for your understanding that this situation is caused by several factors we do not have influence on. Too sad that you gave us a one star rating for this, even tho we did everything correct and absolutely in time.<br><br>We are happy to solve this asap so kindly reply our latest email.<br><br>best regards<br>Rollerderderbyhouse Team
