The older gentleman in the ski department is unfortunately quite unfriendly. When I asked if they also sold snowboards, he just shook his head blankly. When I asked when I could pick up the new skis on Monday, I only received a curt reply. Typical German customer service at its finest.

Unfortunately, I learned today that it's no longer possible to rent snowboards at the store, even though you advertise it on your website. Instead of apologizing for this misinformation and admitting the mistake, your manager was very rude to me and sent away.

A sports shop just the way you want it! Excellent and, above all, honest advice. It's my first port of call when it comes to fitness apparel. The highly knowledgeable and friendly consultant, Petra, is always ready to help. I've been served by her several times – simply fantastic! The genuine, heartfelt advice makes all the difference. It's great to visit a physical store again instead of messing around online!

Our choice for sportswear in Hofheim and the surrounding area! A great selection and excellent, highly knowledgeable advice, especially for skiing and tennis (I can't recommend any others). Very friendly owners and staff! We're always happy to come back.

I haven't received such excellent service in a long time! When I was looking for hiking boots, a friendly young man immediately approached me and offered to get the owner to advise me. He arrived promptly and spent a good hour precisely measuring my feet and then presented me with a fantastic selection. I received thorough and expert advice, the likes of which I haven't experienced in a long time, even in a dedicated shoe store. I wasn't pressured to buy anything, but given honest advice. The boots fit perfectly, and I will definitely be back!

Such a great experience! I came to the store to buy ski, boots and a jacket. The owner of the store helped me for more than 1 hour finding and fitting the right equipment. Now I'm ready for the season

My addiction is tennis. Shoes, rackets, strings. Excellent consultancy and sort service. Also lots of skiing stuff, but that's not my addiction, so my judging wouldn't be credible.
