The shop is tidy and well-organized. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I got a quick appointment for the inspection and took my bike there on November 18th, 2025, around 10:00 AM. By noon, I already had a text message saying the bike was ready. That was absolutely top-notch service from the mechanic.

Nice shop and good selection. I bought/leased two bikes. The very polite and knowledgeable employee, Joel, deserves special mention. Absolutely top-notch!! So far, 5 stars!! Unfortunately, I can only give 3 stars overall. The branch manager, Mr. Heinzmann, seems demotivated and sometimes comes across as rude. As a customer, you get the feeling you're unwelcome. My request for a final test ride on a €7,000 bike, after the correct frame size had been ordered, was granted rather reluctantly. After the charger adapter cable was forgotten during delivery (these things happen), I was asked if I wanted to pick it up at the first service appointment. Only after I complained was it sent immediately. Conclusion: I'll come back as long as the manager isn't serving me.

My kickstand, or rather the screw on my 6-year-old Cube e-bike, had broken off. I went to two shops. They looked for the right replacement kickstand, but didn't have one. Then Christian, the mechanic, had the idea to drill out the broken screw that was still stuck in the kickstand and unscrew it. He thought it was worth a try. Immediately (when was the last time you saw someone like that?), he got to work. He succeeded! Fantastic! Thank you, Christian!

I bought a very good bike from this shop. The advice and the purchase process were excellent. Even after the purchase, I still had a problem because an accessory was missing. However, the workshop manager at the store was very helpful and installed the missing part on my bike immediately. I highly recommend this shop and am extremely satisfied with the service. They take great care of their customers' needs.

A clear recommendation! In the initial consultation with the FL, our interests were discussed (suggesting a possible option). Further coordination took place to determine the final option. The e-bikes with the appropriate frame height were obtained. Upon delivery, we received an introduction and made minor adjustments (e.g., seat tube/height). Mounting the bike on the bike rack was done with assistance from a member of staff. Overall, the experience was excellent and the atmosphere was friendly.

I've also had a negative experience. Months ago, I called several times a day at different times. No one ever answered. I requested a callback through the website. No call! Now I've tried again, and it's the same story. No one is calling back. I don't understand why a business that deals with customers offers no service at all?! Especially at these prices.

Especially during busy periods with limited staff, we can't always respond to calls and callback requests immediately. This isn't intentional; it's simply because we prefer to give our customers in-store the best possible service rather than half-heartedly answering phones. We're working on improving our processes and hope you'll give us another chance to demonstrate our service in person. 🚲

A very well-maintained shop with very friendly staff! Frank B. gave me excellent advice, which was extremely helpful in making my purchase decision. I decided on a Stereo 140 Hybrid. I highly recommend this shop.

terrible customer service. totally ignored by female staffer until I just left. not a great first impression for a new store. go to Fahrradfreund across the street instead. edit: I was outside the store tapping on the glass door when this occurred. I believe the presumptive and incredibly rude response below says it all.
