Communicating via email was a great experience. Friendly, on-the-nose interaction. Shipping was also prompt, considering the marker was originally from the US. I also received a great bonus as an incentive to purchase. I'd be happy to do it again. Thank you.

Ordered online on Tuesday, received an email on Friday saying something was unavailable, replied immediately. Waited until Monday afternoon, still no response. The important thing is that the item description says 1-2 business days delivery 🤣 I then cancelled everything, and the email arrived promptly, but I don't understand why my refund didn't come through immediately. I paid via PayPal, it wouldn't have been a big deal! The customer is expected to pay immediately, but they take their time with refunds. This online shop is a joke, but okay, that's how the competition gets their money!!!

Unfortunately, due to a documented illness, I had to cancel our first participation in this event in a timely manner. I used the corresponding form, which referenced the respective "ticket number." I filled out the form and sent it off. The response didn't arrive on Thursday as stated, but only the following Monday in the form of the refund. Only then did it become apparent that the rental firearms should have been canceled separately, even though there was a single order confirmation for them. Of the original €100 (2 tickets / 2 firearms), I only received €40 back. Sorry! Everyone makes mistakes. And then it's okay to pay for it. But paying €60 as a "lesson learned" (including a €10 cancellation fee) is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, they couldn't be flexible or offer any goodwill gesture. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

We're sorry to hear about your experience,<br><br>but unfortunately, it seems you're reviewing the wrong company.<br><br>We don't sell tickets or rental weapons.<br><br>We're a physical store where you can walk in and buy equipment; we don't sell "events" here.

I received excellent advice today! There was no pressure or obligation to buy anything. And everything was explained very clearly. Even if you're just starting out with the sport and don't have the expertise, you'll be treated with respect. The prices are great.

After having had bad experiences with other larger shops, I was very impressed with the contact I had with the three employees here. I sent in a marker for repair, and there were some complications, but they were resolved very competently and with a focus on customer service. Keep it up! 👍 Small update: The day before yesterday, I sent a marker to the guys for servicing. In less than 48 hours, I had it back repaired. You guys are the best! 🙃

The store was tidy and well-organized. The salesperson was very competent and friendly, and fully committed to providing excellent customer service. The only drawback was the (sometimes tactless and unprofessional) interruptions of another employee. Would gladly shop there again!

We received no advice, nor were we treated as serious customers who were willing to spend money in their store. Instead, we were lectured in an unfriendly and brusque manner, and they almost tried to dissuade us from gambling altogether. At no point did we have even a remotely satisfactory sales conversation, and I can honestly say I have rarely been served so poorly! We visited their store on Friday, September 22nd, in the afternoon. We were "served" by a certain Mr. Schickler.
