I spontaneously went to the shop because my e-bike's motor had broken down. Even though I had a different brand, the owner helped without any fuss and solved the problem – that's service!

This morning I wanted to have the drive chain replaced on my e-bike. The owner checked my bike and found that the brake pads weren't centered and the tires were underinflated. He then adjusted everything correctly and recommended replacing all the drivetrain components if the gears started malfunctioning. The owner is very competent and courteous. If anyone is looking to buy a new e-bike... large selection and shop, this is a very good and honest place. Highly recommended.

Excellent! After many fruitless visits to the large, well-known chain bike shops in the surrounding towns, I stumbled upon this outstanding shop by chance: A small shop right in the heart of Idstein, offering the best selection of various models, brands, and, most importantly, sizes of e-bikes. The owner provided relaxed and unhurried service, addressing all my questions and requests. It was a great opportunity to test different bikes "in real life" on the street. And if needed, there's a workshop for service or repairs (so it's not just a sale and then "tough luck"). After the disappointment of only seeing hundreds of bikes in standard frame sizes at the big stores, I immediately found three bikes with a smaller frame size that fit me perfectly. In the other shops, they just looked things up on a computer; here, they explained the differences to me. Instead of a small indoor track, I was able to test every bike here on the steep, narrow streets and in normal traffic. I finally found and bought my e-bike 😎 Highly recommended for their advice, selection, and service!

As e-bike newbies, we are very satisfied! From comprehensive advice and test rides with various bikes, a lot of effort was put into making our experience special. You can tell the owners are passionate about what they do. Once we made our decision, we didn't have to invest much time, as the entire process with JobRad (a company bike scheme) was handled by the owners. Print out the application, sign it, and off to your employer. Done! Today we picked up our new e-bikes and received thorough instructions. Top-notch service! Thank you!

We bought two e-bikes plus accessories here. The advice and the overall package were expertly tailored to our needs. The two staff members were very friendly and nice. The instruction upon pickup was fantastic; all our questions were answered patiently and kindly. You can tell that everything is just right and you're welcome. I can only echo the reviews. The advice, sales process, and handover were very competent, with a very detailed briefing. Purchasing through Jobrad Leasing was handled super quickly and without any problems. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Kröhn family.
