I had a problem with my rear disc brake. It was practically unresponsive. I called 2rad-circle, and they told me to bring my bike in. During the call, they told me that the brake lever, brake disc, and pads needed to be replaced. I was able to pick up my bike again a week later. The work they did was fantastic. I don't remember the brakes ever working this well. Well, maybe they did when the bike was brand new. Overall impression: Friendly, helpful, and competent. Highly recommended. 👍👍👍

I had a problem with my bike and called them. The advice I received over the phone was very friendly, and I was immediately invited to bring my bike in so they could take a look at the problem. I was also warmly welcomed when I arrived. The defect was quickly identified, and I was able to leave my bike there. It was repaired and ready for pickup just three days later. What was especially great was that the repair costs were even lower than initially estimated. My conclusion: Excellent and competent service, a very friendly team, and outstanding value for money. Highly recommended!
