We were looking for a new e-bike for my partner and found what we were looking for at Fahrrad Walter. The service was excellent and friendly. They took a lot of time for us and answered all our questions. The test rides were also very thorough and enjoyable.

My gear cable snapped, so I called to ask how quickly I could get an appointment, knowing it was difficult at the moment. I was able to come in the same day and actually pick it up that evening!! What amazing service! Thank you so much! I'll definitely be back; you've gained a new customer!

Andre was by far the most accommodating person/bike shop I spoke to when I was looking to add accessories to my bike and eventually fix a flat tire. He speaks really good English for those who have difficulty communicating in German like myself. Andre is extremely knowledge and does very quality work. I would definitely recommend his advice or services.

At a bicycle repair shop in Hofheim, I was offered an appointment in three months for my brake problems, as my bicycle wasn't from their own shop. Here, at Mr. Konstanzer's, I received the friendliest and most competent advice right from the start, even over the phone. I was told to come by anytime to have the problem looked at. This very positive impression continued when I visited. Mr. Konstanzer took his time, inspected the bike, and explained everything. An appointment was quickly arranged for the same month.

Simply fantastic! Flat tire on my e-bike. My bike friend sent me away because I hadn't bought the bike there. Then, thank goodness, I found the Konstanzer cycling center. A friendly phone call. "Come by, it'll take 15 minutes." While changing the tire, Mr. Konstanzer noticed that there was still a problem with the brakes and gearshift. I left the bike there, and after 3 days (as agreed), I got a call saying, "Bike ready." I picked it up—and I'm thrilled! The bike rides like new and brakes like new! I had no idea how bad the brakes were. Top service at an absolutely fair price, and the whole thing was super friendly! It couldn't be better!

Super friendly, helpful, and competent. I had my wife's and my Bulls bikes repaired there. After five years without maintenance, it was more than necessary. They gave me a price quote right away, and the repair was done flawlessly. One of the few truly good places to go. The bike is like new, and I'm extremely satisfied. I'm so glad we found such a great bike shop.

My bike was damaged during our move from South Africa and I took it to Radsportcenter Konstanzer for repairs and a service. The owner, Andre Konstanzer, assisted me with advise as to what needed to be repaired and replaced. He also set the bike up for me when he had completed the work. The bike is like a new bike and even better than when I bought it. Highly recommended for good advice, professional and thorough service and accurate quotations before the work is done.

Highly competent, excellent advice, and consistently high-quality products. Mr. Konstanzer patiently adjusted all the settings on my bicycle to my individual needs and pointed out potential hazards, which he then expertly rectified. I've never experienced this level of service in any other bike shop. Here, you're always welcome and feel well taken care of. Thank you so much!

Mr. Andre Konstanzer is very personable. Excellent advice. Superb work. Not as well-known in Hofheim as other bicycle shops, as the location behind the TÜV (vehicle inspection station) is somewhat off the beaten track, but all the more attentive to his customers.
