A heartfelt recommendation from Frankfurt – this is the kind of advice and service you want! I can wholeheartedly recommend Lenz Bike Shop in Kelkheim. From the very first contact, communication with Verena was incredibly friendly, quick, and reliable – you immediately feel well taken care of. The entire process was super pleasant, transparent, and completely stress-free. The handover with Conny was simply fantastic: warm, patient, and with great attention to detail. I haven't experienced this kind of friendliness, honest buying advice, and genuine customer focus in Frankfurt for a long time. What I also find really convenient: future service is handled seamlessly through the RMS Bikes workshops directly in Frankfurt – so everything is perfectly organized even after the purchase. I would order from them again anytime and can truly recommend that anyone from Frankfurt or anywhere else buy their e-bike or cargo bike from Lenz. A huge thank you to the whole team!

Due to a move to Kelkheim, I was looking for a service partner for my Riese & Müller Load 75. My bike is insured with ENRA. After a short search, I found Fahrrad Lenz, scheduled a service appointment, and am very impressed with their service. Fahrrad Lenz proactively assisted me with the paperwork with ENRA, and everything was handled to my complete satisfaction. I can wholeheartedly recommend Fahrrad Lenz and their affiliated master workshop. Top-notch!

I can highly recommend Lenz E-Bikes! I've already bought (or rather, leased) two e-bikes from them – both are absolutely top-notch bikes that leave nothing to be desired in terms of quality and riding enjoyment. After having my mountain bike for a proud 17 years, I wanted to treat myself to a new bike this year. Requirements: - "Sturdy bike for a sturdy guy" - E-bike - 80-100 km range should be realistic I received excellent advice from Lenz – unfortunately, the bikes weren't within my leasing budget, so with a heavy heart, I had to look for something else. About six months later, and after several unpleasant experiences with the incompetence and unwillingness of a very large bike dealer and its employees in its Mainz branch, I returned to e-Bike Lenz. Fortunate circumstances, the experience of the last few months, and the customer-oriented attitude of Verena Lenz and her brothers made the Delite 5, which I had already fallen for half a year ago, within my means. The wonderful advice and perfect service quickly made me forget my frustration. I can honestly say that E-Bike Lenz is the best bike shop I've ever been to, and I'm very happy to have bought my new bike here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ + I bought a fantastic bike from the Lenz family today and I'm beyond thrilled! From the moment I entered the store, I received a warm welcome and immediately felt well-advised. The team took plenty of time to understand my needs and present me with different models that would be a perfect fit. The quality of the bike is outstanding, and I can see the attention to detail in every aspect of the design and craftsmanship. It rides fantastically and is simply a joy to ride! Excellent advice from the very beginning. Calm, competent, and unobtrusive. A great atmosphere, just as it should be. The test drive was arranged without any problems, as was the purchase process. Pickup went very smoothly. All questions were answered to our complete satisfaction, and even the smallest defects were immediately resolved. What more could you ask for? We used Lenz E bikes to purchase a fantastic Lastenrad for my wife and I and our two small children to use. We were very happy with the service provided by Eric, he helped us decide which bike was best for us. He was very informative and knew the bikes inside and out so we felt we could trust his opinion. I would recommend Lenz bikes to anyone who wants to buy an e bike👍
