A definite 5 stars! I bought my first gravel bike (Argon18 Grey Matters) there, received excellent advice and was completely tailored to my needs. They always had great tips and a small but excellent selection of products. Booking an appointment is also a good idea, as it significantly reduces interruptions.

Excellent advice! The new bike was perfectly prepared and set up as discussed. The electronic shifting was explained in detail, and the app was set up. Thank you 🙏 When I wasn't entirely happy with one component, they didn't hesitate and replaced it free of charge. That's what I call service!

Hey Moritz :) About two weeks ago, my cycling buddy and I got two Argon18 Kryptons from you. And what can I say? It was the best decision! You're so knowledgeable and passionate about it! Simply fantastic. And especially the bike. I haven't had this much fun on a bike in a long time. It's a blast, probably because I finally got the right size :) My new #long-distance bomber❤️ Personally, I can wholeheartedly recommend them! Keep up the good work! I bought my Argon 18 Krypton from Moritz at the beginning of April and even got a personal fitting in the shop until 9:30 pm. More service than I could have expected. The bike is fantastic and Moritz was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

I purchased a BMC Alpenchallenge AMP AL ONE from The Inner Cycle and was completely satisfied with the purchase process and the shipping of the bike to Bavaria. The bike was perfectly packaged and disassembled just enough to make subsequent assembly a breeze. I highly recommend Moritz and his team – they're professionals who know their craft!
