I ordered and paid for my bicycle fork. I did not receive any order confirmation, nor did I receive a tracking number. The store has been ignoring me for a week. I write to two email addresses every day and get no response. Give me my money back! Terrible.

I bought a bike (Santa Cruz Megatower) from Hibike in 1st of October. I was a bit concerned, that they needed almost a week to start to work on the order, but when I wrote to them, they answered the same day and reassured me, that everything is OK, they will send it soon. It needed 2 weeks to receive the bike in Austria. Other than that, everything was OK. The bike is perfect, price was awesome, and they packaged it well.

A shop to be avoided for online orders. The customer service is either very slow or totally absent. The return was rejected after paying myself for the label with their own specified address. No followup, the phone doesn’t work and having difficulties getting money back.

Impressed by the level of service and the top-notch support from Aaron, that we got in the shop. The latter is also very nice, all the bikes are nicely arranged, like in a car showroom. On top of that, bought Felt road aero bike, the price was great. Highly recommended and I will definitely come back.

Very poor customer service. No phone, does not answer emails, no contact. I troed ordering a bike online, it took them a week to check and cancel the order. I came to the store, no way to buy on-site and get an invoice. Please do not buy there.

I went to HIBIKE today with a spare part for my old Belgian bicycle. The gentleman told me, they would fix it right away. After only 12 minutes of waiting it was done. They made a short test ride on my bike in the courtyard and handed it over to me. Wow, and I thought I would have to leave my bike with them for a day or so. I was really happy and satisfied with their service. And above all, they are very friendly.

Got a bike 6 weeks ago. It took them 2 weeks to tell me they sold a bike but actualy did not have it and would not deliver. So far I haven't received my money back. I call and they tell me they cannot solve it, only per e-mail. Avoid this store!

What you did is truly disappointing, and I cannot express how frustrating this experience has been. I have called you at least ten times, and reaching you by phone is nearly impossible. I also sent multiple emails, and each time you assured me that the products would be shipped as soon as possible. Yet, after two months, I received an email saying that the products were no longer in stock. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I sincerely hope you don’t treat other customers this way.

On June 23, 2024, I placed an order number 2024-1070078 at “The Remarkable Store” for a Birzman Studio Tool set priced at €366.92. The saga began with a week-long wait where the delivery status of my order remained unchanged, prompting a suspicion that something was amiss. After reaching out to the support service on July 1st, I was informed that the whereabouts of my package were unknown, and the store would initiate a search. Realizing the urgency of my need for the tools, I requested the dispatch of a similar set while the search for the lost one continued. However, on July 4th, I was told again that the search had begun and that it was not possible to send a replacement. My attempts to contact the store by phone on the same day were unsuccessful – an answering machine only informed me of the high volume of customer inquiries and the inability to process my call. This led me to ponder whether I was one of many customers facing a similar predicament? In an effort to alert others, I began posting reviews on various platforms daily, urging people to be vigilant and assess the risks when dealing with this store. I also propose that anyone who has experienced similar treatment write a collective letter to the competent authorities to prevent such cases in the future.

I bought a bike with international delivery. All experience was great except long delivery time which was because of DHL. Bike arrived in good condition. Hibike team replied all my queries on time and did a good follow up. For people who want to buy for international delivery make sure to choose a bike with stock availability and do a close follow up with delivery company which was DHL in my case.
