I was just there because of a flat tire. I came back after two hours and everything was fine. No flat tire, just a loose valve. Everything was explained perfectly. Simply fantastic! 👍 I'll definitely come back, and the best part was it was free! Thank you so much. See you next time.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Velos! Today I was able to drop off my Bulls MTB with a worn chain, cassette, and crankset without an appointment, and they immediately explained everything and involved me in the diagnostic process. They even helped me lift the bike out of my car when I arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and understanding of my situation. Initially, they said the repair might take a few days, but they completely repaired my bike within just a few hours, keeping the costs as low as possible! I was able to pick it up the same day and I'm extremely happy with the result!

The workshop, the advice, the communication during the service process, and the service itself are simply perfect. There's no "anonymous pharmacy feeling" here; instead, you know your bike is in good hands, and the prices are fair for this premium service! I'll definitely be back regularly whenever I'm visiting the Taunus region :-)

Very efficient bike repair service: my e-Bike was picked up from my place, repaired and returned within 2 days. Excellent value for money. Much better and faster than other bigger bike repair services around Kronberg.

Florian Presch is a master bicycle mechanic and can carry out all repairs and maintenance work on mountain bikes, road bikes, gravel bikes, and all e-bikes. Scheduling appointments is also very easy and reliable. Top service!

I used the pick-up and delivery service. My racing bike needed some replacement parts, which were expertly replaced after inspection and consultation. Hard-to-reach areas were cleaned at the same time. Now I'm looking forward to rides with a waxed chain. Friendliness and expertise at a reasonable price aren't something you find everywhere. A big thank you to Matthias and Florian. I'll gladly come back.

Dropped in yesterday at noon, picked up this morning. Replaced the step controller on the handlebar. Fast, reliable, fair. Florian does a very good job. I wish his workshop the best for his own sake. Others take a week to write me back and say they don't have any appointments. Still others offer a 'digital assistant' that promises me a call back, but it never arrives. I'm glad I have Florian's bikes.
