Beware! They claimed to have sent two pairs of shoes, but in reality, and this can be proven, only one pair was sent. Mistakes happen, but the customer is being portrayed as a liar, with no agreement or solution. The customer service is unfriendly, and the online staff lacks any competence. Customers are being ripped off. Do not order from them. Consumer protection and a lawyer are now involved.

Zero stars, really. I registered on the website on January 7, 2026, and ordered two pairs of shoes. Registration was confirmed, order was confirmed, all via email. After the goods still hadn't been shipped on the fifth day, I tried calling them. Unfortunately, it was just an automated message. So I politely inquired by email, including the order number, as I needed the shoes by Friday. Well, they can't find my order, not even after sending the order confirmation, the order itself, and confirmation of my customer registration. Well, mistakes can happen, but the fact that they can't find anything using an order number assigned by the company is highly questionable. I cannot recommend this retailer. I have to add something. After being told they couldn't find the order, I received an email over a week later stating that they were very sorry, but the shoes were currently unavailable and they unfortunately had to cancel the order. Huh? An order that supposedly didn't exist becomes "not available"? Never again will I buy from this company.

I ordered shoes online, and they arrived within two days. The packaging was perfect, but unfortunately, the shoes were too small. I received my refund two days after returning them. It's a shame the shoes were too small, but overall, the process was smooth, and I've already ordered the next size up.

I bought new Atomic Cloud C14 skis. They arrived without the bindings mounted. There was no indication of this in the shop. When I inquired via email, I was told I'd have to take care of it myself, at my own expense, of course. The product image in the shop shows the skis WITH the bindings mounted. Abysmal service. Sport2000, NEVER AGAIN!

Selling items that aren't available and not responding! Customer service is a joke! On July 9th, I ordered soccer cleats for my son, which were supposedly shipped the same day via DHL. When I inquired on July 25th about when the cleats would be shipped, I received a reply that they were looking into it and would get back to me soon. Instead, they simply refunded the money without any explanation or notification. Never again Sport 2000!

I ordered and paid online. The next evening I received a message that my order had been canceled because the item was unavailable. I'm curious to see when I'll get my money back. Very disappointing and annoying.

The shoes were shipped very quickly. Unfortunately, customer service was poor. They used the standard excuse for my problem. I don't think they even read my email. (The shoe's inner stabilizing strip pressed into my foot so much after a few wears that it's no longer possible to wear them without pain.) Unfortunately, their goodwill was zero. The 14-day return policy (online order) had already expired... I won't buy anything from them again.
