It's very rude to charge over €700 for a small inspection.

Here, you'll receive help and advice. After extensive consultation and honest advice, my old car was able to go to Italy for retirement. Of course, I needed a new or used car. Both are available here. After various experiences, a new one was the only option for me. So, I was able to pick up my new car within a very short time. The initial briefing and everything surrounding the purchase was an absolutely positive experience. Besides, you meet some really nice people here. Many thanks to Bernd and his wife.

I fell in love with a scooter there and have been a fan of the bike shop ever since. I received excellent support with my beginner's trifles, both in terms of advice and assistance: attentive, accommodating, and always warm. That's customer loyalty. The scooter is also great, of course.

It's been a while, but I have to get this off my chest. I brought my scooter to him because it wouldn't start. After three weeks, they said I could pick it up. The scooter ran for two days, then I had the same problem. The repair cost around €400, and you'd expect them to fix it properly so it runs for a while. To just patch it up so it lasts two days and then charge such a high price is unacceptable. If anyone asks me where they can get their scooter repaired, they always get the same answer: "Don't go there! They don't know anything about repairs; they're only interested in making money."

Simply cleaning a carburetor and checking the voltage and ignition should be part of everyday business for a master of the motorcycle trade (at least that's how they present themselves on their website) and shouldn't be a huge undertaking. It wouldn't be a problem if, after several attempts, you still can't get it running smoothly, to abandon the attempt and admit that you're not making any progress. Of course, it shouldn't be for free, no question. However, if you drag the whole thing out for over a month and, after repeated calls, keep trying to keep you waiting, that's no longer cool. I then said that the bike should be left as it is and I'd push it home. The fact that I then arrived, and someone was relaxing and watering flowers with a watering can and told me that this fun job would cost a good mid-three-figure sum, only silenced me. I paid for everything entirely by card and simply didn't want to argue, since there's no compromise here anyway. I'd like to The incident happened a while ago, but I had to share this post because I've rarely been treated like this. It's all the more worth mentioning because I've been "treated" completely differently at other motorcycle dealers since then. I strongly suspect that the service approach here is quite different when buying a new SYM scooter or something similar – of course, you don't need much background knowledge, and I can adjust the Bowden cables and change the oil for the first 5,000 km myself – but I'm not paid as much for it. DO YOU THINK WE'VE BEEN FOOKING YOU WITH THIS STORY? - NO, UNFORTUNATELY, THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. YOURS, JONATHAN FRAKES.

Friendly and prompt contact. Requests were fulfilled. The consultation was excellent. I managed to snag a Sym Jet X 125 E5 and it runs perfectly. I received a thorough briefing. I can also recommend them to people from Frankfurt. Easily accessible via the Enkheim stop (not Hessencenter) and then the M25 bus to Bürgerhaus Hochstadt. Thank you very much. Have a good ride. Best regards, Michael

Mr. Vogel always takes the time to give good advice. I bought my scooter from him, arrived just before closing time, and still took plenty of time for me. Unfortunately, I have a physical disability and needed my scooter modified, which Mr. Vogel also carried out to help me with my mobility. When I have inspections done, it's always very quick because Mr. Vogel knows I depend on my scooter. His wife runs the office; she's very nice and accommodating. I've found my go-to scooter dealer.

At first, I was happy to have found someone who could help me, as the MOT required the shock absorber seal to be replaced. I had it done here at the shop. Of course, there were also minor repairs and an oil change, which cost just under €400. 700 kilometers later, I had to visit another workshop, where they explained to me that the shock absorber seals were leaking. I saw it dripping myself, and when I explained that it had only been done 700 kilometers ago, they didn't believe me. They said it had been very poorly done, and apparently, an oil change hadn't been done either, which was desperately needed! I then emailed Mr. and Mrs. Vogel and explained everything, but to this day, they haven't responded! I will therefore never set foot in that shop again! 😡

I've been a customer for almost 20 years and have bought four new scooters there. Mr. and Mrs. Vogel are always there to help and advise. Fair prices and fast service. Totally satisfied.
