Top shop! Awesome service! I had my second flat tire in two days yesterday (Carnival), and Andreas patched it in 10 minutes. Now that's what I call real customer service! I'm thrilled :-)

🚴♂️ Die Radgeber in Mainz is a great little bike shop! The store is clean, well-organized, and the displays make it easy to browse. 🛠️ The staff is super friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. While the selection is on the smaller side, the quality of service and attention to detail make up for it. A solid spot for cyclists in Mainz! 🌟

I had left my bike near the shop and my bike lock wouldn't open. The staff at Ratgeber were very helpful. A super friendly employee took plenty of time and went to the workshop to get tools and help me open the lock. I bought my new lock right there in the shop, received excellent advice, and now I have no more problems!

It was my first time here and it was a very pleasant experience. I am clearly not a bike person but my front tire was flat and I needed a lock. The staff who was serving me immediately looked at my tire and got me exactly what I needed. When it came to the lock, he explained to me the levels of security of the different locks very clearly. He recommended me a pretty good and reasonably priced lock. At one point, I unconsciously started to speak English because my German was very limited, realizing my switch, I stuttered some German but he happily switched to English. Despite the fact that I said I understand German but not so well with speaking, he continued in English anyway! I am very happy with my purchase and experience.

I'll add an English review since I'm still learning German. This is the nicest bike shop I've ever been to. The employees are kind and helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They were patient and answered all of my questions and made sure that I was happy with my purchase. The bike I bought seems very high quality. I love it. The entire store just has a nice, friendly vibe - it makes me want to come back and buy a second bike there!
