I "bought" my company bike here, it was absolutely fantastic. As luck would have it, the exact model I wanted was in stock, and everything was handled perfectly. The owner was very friendly and helpful, explaining and showing me everything! I think I'll buy my next one here too, and the ones after that, etc.

Many years ago, I bought my first e-bike from the E-Bike Company and was already impressed by the competent advice and excellent service. Over the past few years, I've had repeated inquiries and have always received professional support. Even when I didn't make a new purchase for reasons beyond the company's control, I always received comprehensive advice and my concerns were addressed promptly. Now, after a few months of waiting, during which Mr. Ehry patiently answered my questions, I have purchased my new e-bike. Once again, the advice was outstanding, and I am absolutely satisfied. Yesterday, Saturday at 12:20 pm, I had a flat tire, luckily 200 meters from the e-bike company. I pushed it straight there, was able to leave the bike, and half an hour later I got a call that the bike was ready for pickup, even though that's a bit tricky with rear-wheel drive. So, top-notch service, just like the purchase itself, which was flawless from the initial consultation to the delivery.

Very quick and competent advice and service. We bought a longtail bike through JobRad. We had time to think it over, and the bike was reserved for us for a few days. We were able to make our decision without any pressure. The transaction with JobRad and the e-bike company went smoothly. We were able to pick up the bike the next day. Great! Thank you!

Generally, I like to support small, local businesses. Through my employer, I got a mountain bike (Haibike Allmtm 2) this year, and luckily, there's a family-run bike shop nearby, now in its third generation, where I ordered the full-suspension bike. It's a small shop for purchases and repairs; they don't carry accessories for spontaneous purchases. One thing was important to me: lights for the bike, which I preferably wanted to connect to the Yamaha motor. I could have gone to Fahrrad XXL, which is near me, but I didn't want to. A YouTube video that popped up caught my eye; it showed Mr. Ehry explaining how to install the Supernova M99 Pro 2 on a Haibike, which had already piqued my interest. So I contacted Mr. Ehry by phone for some advice. Shortly after, I placed an order for the front and rear lights, along with the mounting hardware. In short, the front headlight is easy to install with just a little bit of work. Installing the rear light is trickier, as there's no real path for the cable on the seat tube. The only available route is near the tire, towards the motor. So, I have nothing but praise for the E*Bike Company in Mainz. I would contact Mr. Ehry again anytime for advice or to place an order.

Everything was great! The consultation was personalized and they took their time. The e-bike was ready on the day of pickup, and everything was explained to me again in detail. Any questions I had by email or phone throughout the entire process were answered promptly and courteously. I would definitely use their services again!
