I had a movement analysis done at LaufZeit Mainz and I'm absolutely thrilled. The service was highly professional from the start, yet pleasantly personal. I'd especially like to highlight Niko's expertise; he took the time to analyze every step precisely and explain it clearly. The evaluation of the movement analysis was extremely comprehensive and detailed. In addition to a clear analysis of my current running style, I received many valuable tips for improvement that I can implement immediately. The individually tailored training plan, perfectly suited to my goals and fitness level, was particularly helpful.
