I had a problem with my e-bike, went to Radkultur based on the reviews, and haven't regretted it for a second. I received help very quickly, and you can tell that the staff are passionate about their work. I'll be taking my second bike there soon, as it's also having some issues. Simply top-notch!

Top bike shop! I had a problem with my gear shifter and brought a new one with me. They installed it, I paid, and picked it up! No fuss whatsoever about them not being able to install it because I had already sourced the part, or anything like that. Simply a customer-friendly and customer-oriented shop. And it was quick too! 100% recommended!

A very nice shop with a great selection. The repair was very quick, and there was no wait time for an appointment. The prices were fair, and the employees were incredibly friendly. I definitely recommend it!

A truly excellent bike shop. Owner-operated – not a big chain. Customer service is paramount here, even if you didn't buy your bike there. With or without an appointment, you can always find someone who will take the time to help you. This convinced me to buy a new gravel bike there as well. The advice was outstanding – my wishes were taken into account, and I was able to pick up the bike in just under two weeks. This included insurance that works with the shop. Top-notch! Five stars are more than deserved. Many thanks to the entire Radkultur team.

Superb small bike shop with great staff. Most speak English, which is super helpful for me. They suggested my repair could be covered by my insurance - I haven’t even considered it, they spoke to my insurer, and confirmed it was covered, the work was carried out expertly and timely. Save local bike shops! Go local!

I can’t give a more positive review of this shop! Today was my second time coming into the shop. I have had (I think) derailleur issues both times and they have been quick to fix it right on the spot without an appointment, and even during summer peak season now! They are also very patient and kind with my non-native German and listen closely when I am trying to explain the problem, and very forgiving when I didn’t know some bike related German words. I will continue to come back to this shop for any of my biking needs! Truly great customer service.

Stopped by for possible bike maintenance. Dude spoke perfect English and while checking the bike quickly adjusted V-brakes for FREE!!! Highly recommended!!!
