Excellent shop! My rim was repaired there; I was able to see the result myself on the spot. Unfortunately, I only realized at home that the rim had a crack, rendering the repair pointless. After a brief phone call, the shop owner immediately offered to refund the repair cost. He explained that he only wanted to be paid for successful work! I take my hat off to him and maintain that such a decent attitude is rare these days. Thanks again!

I can wholeheartedly recommend the Roadrunner Bikeshop in Mainz. My overall very positive assessment isn't based on a single experience, but on my experiences as a customer over two and a half decades. I've purchased a total of five motorcycles there and have always been satisfied with the maintenance. The estimated costs for inspections were always adhered to, and if unexpected additional work arose, I was always contacted by phone to see if it could be done. All the employees were friendly and attentive. Whenever I visited the workshop, I always received the information I needed. My main contact person, Mr. Cakir, has earned my complete trust over time, which is unfortunately rare these days. The shop is modern, clean, and well-organized, and they offer something for everyone.
