I you are looking for climbing shoes, this is one of the two places in Mainz where you can get a pair of those. Here you have a huge choice of different actual models of shoes: starting from more budget-friendly OCUN to top-notch La Sportiva and Scarpa models. The range of sizes available is also quite big, so one is very likely to find a pair of shoes that would fit well. And of course there is a small bouldering wall section in the shop where one can try the shoes out.

If you are looking for a store with outdoor clothing and equipment in Mainz- this is your place to go! They are split into two shops- one which is like a maze leading to multiple rooms with lots of great equipment! I have been there multiple times to prepare for my trip and they have incredible customer service! They showed me some vegan options and I bought some great things.

Friendly and helpful personnel, willing to help you out, discuss and try out equipment. They are on the expensive side though, I find. Still, I totally recommend them as they are always friendly and helpful

One of the best experiences I've had for very good customer service. Very helpful people. And Yes they are selling good quality gear not cheap but you pay for what you get.
